Lavanya makes Deepika and Chirag sit in pooja in her and Omkar’s place. Shobha and Manorama feel jealous and murmur that Deepika snatched Jahnvi’s right. Yashwant thanks god for settling down Deepika’s life. After pooja, Chirag and Deepika take elders’ blessings. Yashwant thanks Chirag for making Lavanya accept Deepika. Chirag says Deepika earned it. Deepika feels dizzy while serving prasad. She walks to kitchen where servant says she looks pale. Deepika says she is fine and feels nauseous and sweaty.
Mishka notices Deepika and realises that she must be pregnant. She plans to make her slip and fall and lose her pregnancy. Manorama asks Shobha where are the snacks box she bought. Prithvi notices Mishka wandering around the house and asks Neelima how can they restrict her. Shobha says she hid it in Jahnvi’s room. Manorama asks Jahnvi to go and bring the box. Jahnvi walks towards her room, slips and falls on oily floor. Deepika shouts Jahnvii.. in shock and rushes to her. Family rushes Jahnvi to the hospital where Mishka checks her and informs that Jahnvi lost her pregancy. Family is shocked to hear that.
Shobha accuses Deepika for conspiring against Jahnvi and strangulates her. Chirag protects Deepika and warns Shobha to stay away from his wife. Deepika collapses. Mishka fears that everyone will learn about Deepika’s pregnancy and tries to interfere, but Chirag stops her and takes Deepika to an examining room with another doctor. Shobha continues her yelling. Lavanya warns her that if something happens to Deepika, she will ban Shobha from entering her house.
Chirag walks out of the examination room, emotionally hugs Lavanya, and reveals that Deepika is pregnant. Whole family rejoices while Shobha cries in jealousy. Chirag then congratulates Deepika. Deepika asks about Jahnvi’s condition. Family visits Jahnvi and tries to console her. Mishka seeing Shobha alone provokes her against Deepika. She then poisons Chirag’s mind asking when his fertility reports were negative, how did Deepika become pregnant. Chirag stands suspicious.
