Deepika searches for a sari to wear for Lavanya’s company’s 25th anniversary function and gets confused which one to wear. Chirag picks her a sari which he had bought for her. Deepika asks if he sent this sari for her. Chirag says she liked this sari and hence he had bought it for her, recalling the event. She hugs him and says she is so happy that her wish of having a loving husband is fulfilled. She notices Chirag tensed and asks if he is thinking why maa invited her for the party.
Mittals welcome guests at the event venue. Sonali and Neelima complement Prithvi that he is looking handsome today. Prithvi says even they are looking beautiful. Nikita with her parents walk in. Parents praise decoration. Neelima says their DIL Deepika made this decoration. Nikita says she couldn’t talk to him much and wants to chit chat with him now. They start chatting. Jahnvi calls him and says it’s time to execute their suicide plan. Prithvi says he is ready. He expresses his love for his sisters and hugs them, smiling continuously. Omkar asks if he is really happy with Nikita or else still nothing has gone wrong. Prithvi says he is happy and walks away apologising in mind for making them cry soon.
Deepika gets ready for the event. Chirag gets romantic. Sonali walks in and asks if they are ready. Chirag feels frustrated but smiles. He gets a call from Lavanya’s friend who got a chest pain and needs emergency medical care, so he rushes to hospital asking Deepika and Sonali to reach the venue first. They reach the event. Guests praise the arrangement and say Mittals live a lavish life. Lavanya walks in. Reporters throng her. She takes a seat. Deepika notices Prithvi carrying a knife and follows him, but Neelima stops her and introduces her to a guest. Prithvi hopes Prithvi is fine.
Lavanya announces new brand launch and Neelima as her new partner. She then announces Nikit as her product’s brand ambassador and says she will introduce them to someone whom they have never seen yet and calls Deepika.
Precap: Lavanya tells Deepika that she will free Prithvi from Deepika and Jahnvi’s grip and will build a better future for him. Deepika is shocked to see Prithvi committing suicide.

Such a beautiful selection of actors. But the story line is frustrating. Who can so immensely dislike a character who is of darker complexion. What are the writers thinking. Portraying this type of hatred in the society and yet pray to Lord Krishna. The pathetic display of step daughter and step mother relationship. Please change the storyline. Otherwise I have a strong feeling the TRP of this show is going to drop drastically.
I think Deepika is absolutely beautiful with her dusky complexion, far more than those actresses with lighter skin!
Yes, the storyline is very racist and they should not continue picking on Deepika.
Story should shift to Janvi and exposure of her heinous acts before she actually marries Prithvi.
