During muh dikhayi/face unveiling ritual, Deepika is shocked to see makeup on her hand and realises that Jahnvi didn’t let her look at her face after makeup for the same reason. Lavanya grins. Payal lifts Deepika’s veil and is shocked to see makeup on her face. Lavanya proudly tells Shekhawat that she can meet her DIL now, she selects the best in everything. Payal tries to remove Deepika’s makeup. Deepika asks her to let it be on and says it’s Lavanya’s blessings. Payal praises Deepika’s patience and says it’s a blessing for their family.
Deepika notices Roshni drowning in a swimming pool, runs and jumps into swimming pool, and saves Roshni. Payal thanks Deepika. Guests discuss that the family is careless not to notice Roshni drowning in a pool. Mrs Shekhawat notices Deepika’s dark skin tone and taunts Lavanya for rejecting her daughter for Chirag due to her dark skin tone and getting a dark skin girl. Guests discuss that it must be a love marriage or else Lavanya wouldn’t do that. Mrs Shekawat continues to insult Lavanya.
Deepika confronts Mrs Shekhawat for insulting her MIL and says Lavanya knew people like Mrs Shekhawat will judge her MIL by her skin tone and hence got the makeup on her. Mrs Shekhawat says she knows Lavanya very well who would never accept a dark skinned girl in her family and asks her to stop supporting Lavanya. Deepika says god has created fair and dark skin, so they are no one to question god. Chirag then supports Deepika and says all guests were praising his wife’s good features and now criticising her skin tone. Mrs Shekhawat feels insulted and leaves. Family praises Deepika for saving Roshni’s life and protecting Lavanya’s dignity.
At night, Lavanya breaks things recalling Mrs Shekhawat insulting her. Deepika walks to her to apologise. Chirag rushes to her and stops her from apologising Lavanya. Deepika justifies Lavanya’s act of applying makeup on her comparing it with using goggles to avoid sunlight pricking their eyes. Jahnvi thinks Lavanya will praise her for the makeup and calls Lavanya. Lavanya scolds her for not getting waterproof makeup on Deepika. She then thinks of a plan and calls someone to meet her right now.
Precap: Deepika requests Chirag to convince Lavanya for Prithvi and Jahnvi’s wedding.
Lavanya agrees and tells Prithvi that his happiness matters her the most, thinking she will not repeat a same mistake.

Can anyone explain how lavanya hate turns into love for Deepika
I read that the show is going off air soon too much hatred
I feel that this show is not going anywhere. The cast is so awesome but the message of the show is awful. I do not see how this story is going to turn around. The audience wants to see Dr Chirag’s stand against his mother more stronger than shown at the moment.
