Deepika accuses Chirag of not trusting her and her daughter and trusting Mishka instead, while Mishka warns Chirag that Deepika is trying to create misunderstandings between them. Lavanya questions Chirag about why he doesn’t trust his own daughter. Chirag defends Mishka, saying she is a doctor who saves lives and would never harm his daughter. He demands that Deepika apologize to Mishka immediately. Meanwhile, Jahnvi decides to leave the house after Lavanya disowns her baby for the sake of property. Prithvi tries to stop her, but in the chaos, Jahnvi accidentally falls and hits the sofa.
Deepika, furious, declares that she will not stay under the same roof as Chirag and takes her daughter back home. Unmoved, Chirag walks away, holding Mishka’s hand. Later, Lavanya visits Jahnvi at the hospital, where Chirag learns from the doctor that Jahnvi’s condition is critical. The doctor reveals that only one can survive—either the mother or the baby. Prithvi, faced with the impossible choice, chooses to save Jahnvi. However, by a stroke of luck, both mother and child survive.
Back home, Ragini and Chandu return, but they refuse to eat the snacks Baldev serves. Deepika breaks down in front of her daughters, apologizing and warning them about Mishka’s dangerous nature. She reassures them that bringing them home was the right decision. Lavanya meets Jahnvi and explains the difficult decision Prithvi had to make. Jahnvi, relieved, feels grateful that both she and her baby are safe. When Prithvi comes to see her, she is overwhelmed with happiness and realizes how much she is truly loved.
Ragini and Chandu, comfort her, but they express their sadness about not being able to see their father again. Just then, Deepika gets a call from Omkar informing her about Jahnvi’s hospitalization. She entrusts Ragini and Chandu to Baldev before rushing to the hospital. The doctor warns Prithvi that Jahnvi’s pregnancy remains high-risk and she needs constant care. Deepika steps in, determined to put their past differences aside and take care of her sister. Later, Ragini and Chandu video call Jahnvi, wishing her a speedy recovery and asking her to take care of their little brother.
Meanwhile, Chirag, lost in thought, struggles with the possibility that Deepika is actually Chandu and Ragini’s mother. Jahnvi, filled with guilt over how she treated Deepika, finally realizes that Deepika and Prithvi have always loved her. She regrets her actions and silently thanks Sawre.
In contrast, Mishka is ecstatic, celebrating her victory, believing that Chirag now belongs to her. However, Chirag, drunk and determined, confronts Mishka. He declares that he will forget everything and prove his point. He announces that he is ready for a DNA test to expose Deepika’s supposed lies. Mishka, terrified of being exposed, is left shaken.
