The episode starts with Ayaan with Suraj meeting his boss outside court for Ram’s court hearing. Boss takes Ayaan in. Suraj sees Kapoor coming with Manav and meets them. Kapoor asks why is he here instead of being with Ayaan. Suraj says Ayaan’s case is in this court. Kapoor asks Manav to find out in which room Ram’s court hearing is. Suraj says he will find it out in 5 min and runs.
Ram’s court hearing starts. PP (public prosecutor) starts alleging Ram as murderer and tells judge that he should be hanged till death. Ayaan asks him to mind his tongue as his client is just a convict and not yet proved murderer. Ayaan says his client is a common man and loves his so much that he sacrificed his life and career for her and did really work hard to fulfill her wishes. PP continues allegations and questions Ram.
Suraj realizes that Kapoor must be waiting for him and leaves court room to stop him. Kapoor starts searching Ram’s court room with Manav.
Ayaan continues his argument. PP continues that Ram himself switched off Anu’s life support and murdered her as he was fed up of her. Ayaan says he did not and gives proofs. PP continues his allegations that Ram ran from hospital and was missing when Anu died and did not even attend her last rights. Ayaan says he was in deep shock and asks PP if knows what it is. He says Ram immersed Anu’s ashes in nagpur and gives pandit’s statement. PP asks where was he missing for so many weeks and hiding from police. Ayaan says Ram met with an accidet and was in coma for 2 weeks and gives hospital’s report. PP says he did good by giving hospital report, else he would have told his client has memory loss. Ayaan tells judge that he proved that client is innocent and can be granted bail. PP repeats that murdered cannot be given bail. Ayaan repeats that his client is convicted in murder and not a murderer. He requests judge to grant him bail.
Kapoor finds Ram’s court room and walks towards it. Suraj tries to stop him but is unsuccessful.
