The episode starts with Disha reminiscing Anu and gets sad. She gets neighbour’s call who informs her about Ram’s first court hearing and suggests her to attend with Arav. Disha says she hates Ram and does not care if he dies.
Sudha gets tensed hearing Kapoor insisting to see Ayaan fighting court case for the first time and asks Suraj to do something, else Kapoor will see him fighting Ram’s case and will kick them all out from here. Kapoor gets inspector’s call who informs him about Ram’s courting hearing and suggests him to attend if he likes. Kapoor tells Ayaan that he cannot come with him as he has important work. Ayaan gets happy. Kapoor asks Suraj to accompany Ayaan to see him fight and take his car. Suraj happily agrees.
Disha is still irked hearing about Ram’s court hearing. Arav informs her that Ayaan is going for the courting hearing for the first time and they should wish him good luck. They both watch Arav from balcony. Suraj says he will drive car. Ayaan insists he will. Their argument continues and Ayaan wins. He gets into driver’s seat, looks at Disha and Arav and asks them to wish him goodluck. They do the same.
Kapoor gets back in angrily. Mallika and Manav tell he did good by not attending driver’s son’s court hearing and he should not give Ayaan much importance. Kapoor says he would have attended if Ram’s hearing was not today. He says he wants to see Ram being punished and asks him to accompany him to court. while traveling, he asks Manav to speak to public prosecutor and make sure Ram is given rigorous punishment. Manav says he will even buy Ram’s lawyer, not to worry.
Arav asks Disha why are they not attending papa’s court hearing. She says papa killed mamma. Arav says he does not believe it and will save papa from being hanged. She says judge will punish papa. Arav runs saying he will save papa for sure. She catches him and says they cannot go. He asks why. She says she does not know in which court Ram’s hearing is. He insists. She says let us go. Sudha hears their conversation and thinks if they reach court, they will see Ayaan fighting Ram’s case. She stops them and says she cannot let them go as Kapoor will scold her. Arav says let him scold. Sudha says if he really wants to help Ram, he should pray for him as prayers are very powerful. Disha says Sudha aunty is right and takes him to temple.
Ram is brought to court. Karan meets him and Ram asks if Disha and Arav came. Karan says Batliwala informed Disha, but she told she will not attend it. Ram says it is good if they don’t attend as Disha hates him. Arav on the other side prays god to save his papa as he needs him. Disha also prays.
Precap: Ayaan asks his boss if he briefed Ram what to speak in front of judge. Boss says yes. Public prosecutor calls Ram murdered and argues that he be hanged. Ayaan says Ram is just charged, so cannot be called murdered.
