The episode starts with Suraj meeting eye witness Raghu and taking him to court. Manav’s puppet calls him and informs that Suraj took Raghu with him. Manav informs Kapoor and kapoor asks him to get Raghu’s biodata. Suraj reaches court with Raghu and meets Ratnakar and Disha. Kapoor calls Raghu and asks him to check his mailbox as he has transferred 1 lakh in his bank account. Raghu checks and gets happy. Kapoor says he will transfer 1 more lakh if he lies that he did not see accident. Raghu agrees.
Ayaan’s court hearing starts. Ayaan tells judge that Kapoor was driving car and not him. Public prosecutor (PP) says he is lying and alleging kapoor wrongly. Ratnakar defends Ayaan and says he has eye witness who saw accident. PP says he should have taken court’s permission before presenting eye witness. Ratnakar argues that kapoor is very rich and would have manipulated. Judge calls Raghu and asks to tell what he saw. Ratnakar shows Kapoor’s pic and raghu says he was not driving car. Judge asks was driving then. Raghu points at Ayaan and says he was driving car. Disha says he is lying. Raghu says Ratnakar and Disha came to his house and asked him to lie that Kapoor was driving car. They even transferred 1 lakh in his account as a bribe and shows his mobile to judge. Judge warns Ratnakar for trying to tarnish Kapoor’s image and says he will pronounce judgement tomorrow.
Manav informs kapoor that judge postponed hearing for tomorrow. Disha outside court asks Raghu why did he lie. He says he got money, so he lied.
Mallika’s children trouble Aaru. Mallika comes and asks them to stop troubling Aaru and go to their room. She sees Ram’s photo on wall and fumes, but keeps quiet.
Barkha tells Ram that Kapoor will try hard to send Ayaan behind bar. Ram says they can check Raghu’s bank slip and prove that kapoor transferred him money from his bank account. Ratnakar says Kapoor is not a fool and would have asked his man to transfer cash instead. Now judge has evidence against Ayaan.
