The episode starts with Disha informing Aaru about Ayaan going to jail after confessing of killing a man under his car.
Manav calls Mallika and tells that driver’s son Ayaan made accident and asks her not to entertain media, else they will hype issue and drag their family in it. Ira and Yuvi start bullying Aaru that his friend Ayaan is a murderer. Aaru says he is not. They both continue bullying. Aaru pushes yuvi. Mallika asks them both to behave with Aaru and go to their room.
Kapoor sheds his crocodile tears in front of Ayaan and asks why did he take his blame on him. Manav enters and asks Kapoor to come with him before media comes here. Kapoor says he will face them. Manav insists and takes him from there.
Ayaan’s court hearing starts. Public prosecutor (PP) alleges Ayaan for killing a man ruthlessly. Ratnakar defends Ayaan and says man came in suddenly and Ayaan could not control car. PP says car was in high speed, so ayaan could not control it. Ratnakar requests for bail. PP says if Ayaan is given bail, people will start doing crime mores. Ratnakar says Ayaan does not have any police record, so he should be granted bail. Judge rejects bail plea and sends Ayaan for 3 days’ judicial custody and adjourns court. Sudha, Suraj, Disha, Ram, and Bharka get tensed hearing this.
Kapoor reminisces Ayaan’s words that he cannot see him going to jail, so he took blame on him and asks him not to attend court hearing as he does not want to be in trouble. Manav comes and informs that Ayaan did not get bail. Mallika asks Kapoor if he made accident instead of Ayaan. Manav asks what rubbish she is talking. Mallika says she is telling truth and says Kapoor brought his car yesterday night, so he made accident. Manav says she is telling right then. Kapoor asks them to shut up and runs towards his room.
Ayaan is taken out of court by inspector after court hearing. Disha asks inspector if she can speak to ayaan for 2 min. Inspector permits. She asks why did he drive car rashly. He says sorry. She asks what will she do with his sorry.
Precap: Ratnakar tells Disha if victim’s family is compensated, Ayaan will get less punishment. Ram says for Ayaan’s sake, they have to force Tinu Sharma to tell truth.
