The episode starts with Suraj informing Kapoor and family that police has come. Kapoor gets tensed. Manav meets inspector and asks reason. Inspector says yesterday a hit and run case happened and public noted car number and it is in kapoor family name. Manav says it is Kapoor’s car and says Suraj drives it. He asks Suraj if he drove car between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Suraj says he was not. Disha says Suraj uncle came to pick me from Barkha aunty’s house between 9 and 9:30 p.m. Kapoor hesitantly gets up and stammers. Ayaan enters and says he was driving car and made accident. Disha asks him to stop lying. Ayaan says this is truth. Inspector asks where is car. Ayaan says it is in garage. Manav holds Ayaan’s collar and asks how dare he is to touch dad’s car and if he knows how media will hype this issue and spoil dad’s name. Inspector asks constable to arrest Ayaan and seize car.
Kapoor asks Suraj and Disha not to worry, he will save Ayaan. He asks Manav to take out car as he has to go to police station. Mallika realizes that Kapoor made accident yesterday night and Ayaan took blame on him.
Ram and Barkha wait for Disha and Ayaan. Barka asks Ram to call Disha, but she does not pick call. He then calls Ayaan and his phone is switched off. Barkha gets worried and asks to call kapoor’s landline. Aaru picks call and says Ayaan is arrested in accident case. Ram says he will reach police station right now and tells Barkha about accident.
Ayaan gives statement that a man came in front of his car and before he could apply brakes, man came under his car. Sudha says her son cannot kill anyone. Inspector says her son himself accept his crime. Sudha asks why did he do this. Suraj asks her to calm down. Kapoor stands bending his bed. Inspector takes Ayan’s signature on his statement. Ratnakar enters and asks Ayaan why did not he wait until he came and gave statement. Inspector says statement is already taken and cannot be changed. Ratnakar asks a copy of statement as he wants to apply for bail and asks when is he producing him in court. Inspector says today itself and asks constable to take Ayaan in van and gets his blood test before that.
Mallika reminisces kapoor wiping car and stammering, etc.. and thinks she is sure papa must have done that accident.
Ayaan reminisces Kapoor telling media will hype issue and for sure he will have to go to jail, what will happen to his family if he goes to jail. He then reminisces Suraj and Disha’s words. Inspector comes and says he will take him for blood test. Kapoor comes and asks if he can speak to Ayaan for 5 min. Inspector permits and leaves. Kapoor asks why did he take blame on him. Ayaan says he bought him up and funded his studies, how he would have seen him going to jail.
Precap: Mallika asks Kapoor if he made accident. Manav asks what rubbish she is talking about. She says she is telling truth and asks kapoor asks if he made accident. Kapoor stands silently.
