The episode starts with Ram and Anu’s emotional moments. He hugs her hand and forehead and tells he will fulfill her third wish and walks towards switch to switch off life support. He reminisces her telling her each body cell undergoes pain when she is given chemotherapy and she cannot tolerate pain more, so she needs mukti/peaceful death. He goes back and says he cannot switch if off and says how can he kill her.
Mr. Kapoor checks patient’s file and is shocked to see it is Anu’s. He drops file in shock. Manav and Malvika pick file and even they are shocked to see Anu’s pic in it.
Anu tells Ram that she herself will switch off life support. She reminisces their recent trip to Jodhpur. Maaf karde mujhe…..song.. plays in the background.
Mr. Kapoor rushes to hospital with Suraj, Manav, and Malvika and asks receptionist where is Anandita Kapoor. Suraj says Anandita Ahuja. Kapoor then sees Ram walking senselessly and asks where is Anu. Ram walks out without saying anything. Kapoor then searches each room. Anu with great difficulty switches off life support switches and gasps for air. She reminisces Arav and Disha singing for her and falls unconscious with tears rolling down her eyes. Kapoor reaches her room and with wobbling gait walks towards Anu, touches her face and says her papa has come to her.
Kapoor asks Anu to open her eyes, he will get her treated. Suraj informs nurse that Anu’s condition is critical. She runs to her room.
Disha and Arav wake up hearing door knock and ask who is it. A neighbour lady says she is Neelu aunty and another neighbour says they have to go to hospital. Disha asks if mamma is fine.
Dr. Trehan checks Anu’s pupils. Nurse gives her electric shock, but to no avail. Vital sign monitor stops. Doc comes out and tells Kapoor that Anu is no more. Kapoor is devasted to hear that and starts crying vigorously. He reminisces Anu apologizing him for troubling him and telling she will never come back to his house again. He walks towards her with shuffling gait and with trembling hands touches her, asks how can she give such a big punishment to her papa. Her papa is not that bad, he was angry, but his god knows he never wished her death, requests to open her eyes one time and let her father give a chance to repent.
Precap: Disha cries vigorously seeing Anu dead. Kapoor tries to console her and says he is her grandfather. She asks when he could not become his daughter’s father, how can he become her grandfather and asks nurse to call her papa.
