The episode starts with Arav and Disha telling Anu that they are taking care of each other and not fighting. Disha says she is preparing food for papa and taking care of Arav. Ram asks them to be like this forever. Disha promises Anu that she will take care of Arav and Ram and says papa is very good.
Nurse gives Dr. Trehan Anu’s report and asks if nothing can be done now. He says her cancer is in last stage and needs 10 lakhs for treatment. She asks if his trust cannot help. He says already there are many patients. She asks if they can collect donations from somewhere.
Disha and Arav sing for Anu that they love her a lot and are a happy family. Nurse comes and says visiting hours are over now and they should go out. Ram takes Arav out. Disha sees tears
Dr. Trehan calls Mr. Kapoor. Suraj picks call and gives it to him. Doc says he as a patient whose financial condition is very bad and if he can sponsor treatment. Kapoor asks him to send patient’s file, he will finish formalities and send a cheque via Suraj. Mallika says Dr. Trehan always calls for money. Kapoor says he helps poor people with him. Manav gets irked and says Mallika that Kapoor was talking about loss in business and donating huge sum now.
Disha insists to meet Anu again. Nurse says she cannot. Ram also says same and sends her and Arav with Karan. He gets into Anu’s room and makes her wear his mom’s bangles. Anu gets more emotional and says she wants to speak to papa. He asks how can he get his sadu papa here. She insists. He says he will make her hear his voice and calls Kapoor’s landline. Kapoor rejects calls at first, then picks phone and asks who is it. He says he Pandey and is getting his wife treated in his trust, his wife wants to speak to him but is very weak, so he wants him to speak like her father. Kapoor speaks to her and asks her to come to his once she comes back to Mumbai as she is like his daughter and asks what is her name. Ram says Anamika. Anu gets happy and starts crying. Ram asks her not not cry as he made her hear her papa’s voice.
Disha reminisces Anu holding her hand and crying and telling Arav something is wrong. He says maybe mama wanted them to stay. Disha says they should go to hospital now. Arav says papa promised he will take them tomorrow.
Ram shows her mangalsutra, bindi, nail polish and says she used tell he does not apply he nail polish well, now he has practiced and will apply it. She extends her hands and he applies nail polish to her nails and then applies sindhoor.
Precap: Ram asks Anu to wait till morning for mukti and switches off life support. She gasps for air.
