The episode starts with Ram going to temple and telling god that he hates god, but his wife is god’s disciple, even then god is punishing her and has left her in severe pain. If she does not get well, he will continue hating him throughout his life.

He then goes to Anu’s room. Nurse says she was asking him via signals. He holds her hand and says he tourbled her a lot and asks her to forgive him as he is very selfish and for his happiness, he is holding her, she is right and he is wrong, he cannot see her in pain anymore, so he has decided that she should go now. Anu starts crying. He says he is ready to fulfill her 3rd wish. He starts crying vigorously. Kaahe ko mujhe roke pagle…song…plays in the background. He says he will get children tomorrow to let them meet her last time and leaves. She wakes up and starts crying and gasping for air.

Ram at home hides Anu’s face on family photo with his hand. Disha sees that and asks what is he doing. He says nothing and asks where is Arav. She says he is getting ready. Arav comes wearing green t-shirt. Ram asks him to wear mamma’s favorite red shirt. Disha says he will wear it tomorrow and asks what is the issue. Ram says nothing and asks Disha to press red shirt. She press shirt and gets him ready. She sees Ram searching Anu’s bangles and asks why he needs it. He asks why can’t Anu wear it in hospital and asks where are Anu’s makeup set as he wants to see Anu feeling good. She gives makeup set to him. He asks them not to cry if mamma says something. Disha asks if something is wrong. He says nothing important and says he will get taxi.

Nurse sees Anu repeatedly looking at door and asks if she is waiting for someone. Ram takes Disha and Arav to hospital. Disha asks Arav not to cry in front of mamma. He asks what if he gets tears. She says he has to control herself and asks him what he has to tell Anu. He says he does homework, does not trouble didi, etc. Anu starts her lines and tells she has grown up and is taking care of Arav and papa well, etc. Dr. Trehan hears her conversation and feels sad. Ram wipes his tears and takes them to Anu’s room.

Arav silently enters Anu’s room. Tears roll down Anu’s cheeks seeing him. He runs and hugs her and leans for some time. She signals him where is Disha and papa. He shows Disha and papa coming. Disha goes and hugs her. Anu gets emotional.

Precap: Disha and Arav sing for Anu. Dr. Trehan requests Mr. Kapoor to help a poor family. Kapoor agrees. Anu insists to speak to her papa, ram asks how can he get him. Kapoor speaks to Anu thinking her a patient and says he is like her father.
