The episode starts with Anu getting a panic attack reminiscing Ram asking to get his organs and in exchange of hospital bills. She gasps for air. Nurse tells Ram he should not have created a scene. He says he did not want to upset Anu. Nurse calls doc.

Suraj tells Anu’s dad that Anu and Ram came back after 18 years and now only Ram came, there must be something. Manav tells he must have to increase his compensation for his music. Mallika asks why Suraj why is he so worried about Anu and Ram. He says Anu used to tie him rakhi and call brother. Dad says she used to call me papa, but left him for Ram, he will never spare her.

Disha calls Ram and asks how is Anu. He says she is fine. Arav says he wants to meet Anu and asks him to come and take him. Ram says

visiting hours are over now and they should wait. Disha says he promised to take them there. He says he is very tensed and accounts is pestering him for money. Disha says he can yell at them. Ram apologizes and says he will come home at night. He reminisces telling she is in very pain and needs mukti/peaceful death. He feels very helpless. He sees Dr. Trehan coming out after checking Anu and asks how is Anu. He says Anu is in severe pain, so he gave her morphine which will make her nerves numb, but it is very temporary, if pain continues, he will have to cut nerves which carries pain signals to brain as cancer has spread to the whole body.

Ram feels devastated and goes back to Anu’s room who is sound asleep. Kahe ko mujhe roke pagle, chod de jaane de…..song plays in the background. She wakes up. He smiles. She says she does not have much time and wants her 3rd wish fulfilled. He asks her to stop her illegal demand. She says she knows he will take care of kid. He asks who will take care of him then.

Ram’s house owner comes to collect rent and sees his house locked. He asks neighbours who say he must be in hospital. Ram comes. Owner asks rent. Ram says he is in very bad condition and his wife is in hospital. Owner says nobody is saved from cancer and Anu will also die. Ram slaps him. Neighbour intervenes and tells Ram to accept the truth. Owner yells if he does not get rent in 1 week, he will kick him out of his house.

Ram on his sofa reminisces owner’s words that Anu will also die from cancer. He imagines Anu who says he left her alone in hospital on life support, which does not have any life at all. He asks why did she come. She says she is everywhere, in his music, life, everywhere and asks him to win an award for him. He asks if she it is important for her to go. She asks if it is important to die each moment and laughs. Her wakes up hearing Disha’s voice who asks why is he sitting in dark. He asks if they had food. She says Arav did not have food as he scolded him on phone. He apologizes Arav and hugs him. Disha asks if everything will be alright. He says yes and says he will go back to hospital and asks her to take care of herself and Arav. He goes to temple and looks at idol angrily.

Precap: Ram tells god that he hates him as he is forcing him to kill Anu. He goes to hospital, holds Anu’s hand and cries that he will fulfill her 3rd wish.
