Shivaay: khanna, where is the mehandi?

Jhanvi: gauri, anika is done with her mehendi. You get your mehendi done too. (she whispers to the mehendi designer to write omkara’s name on gauri’s hand. )

Jhanvi: no…nothing…I was just telling sarla to go and eat something once she is done putting mehendi for you.

(then jhanvi picks up a chit)
Jhanvi: its rudra! Wait, are you doing it alone? I thought you said it was a partner thing!

(just then Soumya comes)
Soumya and prinku: i’m dancing with him.

(he goes somewhere and comes back with a rose in his hands, he kneels down before gauri)
Om: I know, I have been mean to you, I know that there have been so many misunderstandings between us, I know that I have been wrong most of the time about you, but I want to keep you happy in future and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I also know that I don’t have a ring right now, but I have this rose. (he says a shayri)
Rudra: o, get to the point. Gauri bhabhi, given a chance, o would recite a whole story book but never directly get to the point.

Om: gauri kumari sharma, will you marry me? (he gives the rose, gauri holds it in her hands)

(then om and gauri hug, everyone clap)

(They all have a group hug)
Rudra: now, for the much awaited couple. The bride and the groom. Shivaay Bhaiya and anika bhabhi!!
(nazm nazm sa mere from the movie barielly ki barfi plays and shivika dance on it. The moment is so romantic and love is in the air. Their dance is beautiful, everyone clap. Anika and shivaay are lost into each other’s eyes. The music stops but they don’t realise.)
Dadi: billu.
(no response)
Dadi: Anika.

Shivaay: (realises) haan! haan dadi, what…what happened?
