The Episode starts with Aanchal asking Bhawna what she will do about the lawyer. Bhawna says she will try to hire the lawyer standing outside. Brij Mohan asks Gaurav to bring another date, and asks Savita to bring sugar and curd. Savita makes Gaurav have curd and sugar. Brij mohan asks Savita to get the servants’ room cleaned. Bhawna and Aanchal hear and leave from there. Bhawna hires a lawyer for Rs 5000 Rs and gives him advance, asking him to just take the next hearing date. Bhanu comes there and threatens the lawyer, trying to cut his fingers with the cutter. He says he is his bad time. The lawyer gets shocked. Brij Mohan claps and says you proves me wrong everytime, and stoops more low. Bhanu misbehaves with him. Brij Mohan taunts him values. Bhanu says he traps poor people in fake case, and
He asks Bhawna where is your lawyer? He says I told you last time to bring your lawyer, and says it seems you are wasting court’s time. He asks where is your lawyer. Bhawna gets sad. Raghav comes there and says I am her lawyer. He says he is Raghav Shrivastav and will fight case. Brij Mohan talks to Inspector and says if builder is guilty then he shall not be saved. An old lawyer comes there and tells him that his sons are fighting the case. Brij Mohan goes. Bhanu thinks when Bhawna loses the case then he will feel peace. Raghav comes infront of Bhawna. Bhawna gets tears in her eyes. Judge asks Bhawna if he is your lawyer. Raghav signs her to sign yes. Bhawna nods yes. Bhanu also comes there and gets shocked. Raghav takes the case file in his hand. Judge asks them to begin the hearing.
Gaurav tells Judge that Vikas was given barsati by Shashtris 15 years ago, and tells that he stays there legally, neither he has encroached the property nor took it forcibly. He asks him to see the papers. Raghav objects and tells that the papers are fake, and original is with him, which is signed by all three Shastri brothers. He says barsati is not of Vikas, as he has encroached it. Gaurav says he has the right papers. Raghav checks the papers and tells that such papers are made in 100 Rs and tells that the ink and paper quality is different. He asks Judge to get the lab test done. Raghav tells that Vikas haven’t given any rent, electricity bill or maintenance bill. Bhanu says this is wrong and tells that the case is baseless, and tells that his brother’s widow is lying. He says Vikas has always paid the rent on time. Raghav says you have said that Vikas has given you rent, so you must have receipt or bank statement. Bhanu gets tensed. Raghav says he has the way to prove if he is saying truth or lying. Gaurav says he is wasting court’s time. Judge permits him. Raghav gives papers to Bhanu and Vikas, and asks them not to look or sign each other. He asks them to write the rent amount which he gives and Bhanu receives. Vikas and Bhanu write on the paper and give to Raghav.
Raghav tells Judge according to Vikas, he gives 3000 Rs, and Bhanu used to receive 10000 Rs. He tells the Judge that Bhawna was dependent on Bhanu after her husband’s death. He tells that there is a conflict and family issues between them, but barsati is not of Vikas. Gaurav says he needs sometime. Raghav asks Judge to give the verdict in bhawna’s favor as Barsati is the shelter to both Mother and daughter. Judge gives the verdict in Bhawna’s favor. Bhawna gets teary eyes and recalls how she got tortured by shashtris and the promise made to Aanchal.
Precap: Brij Mohan throws Bhawna’s stuff out and asks her to trap the rich guy. Bhanu asks her not to look on his house and closes the door. Bhawna gets teary eyes.
