Dheeraj talks about his prep for his role in ‘Sherdil Shergill’; says, “I did not get inspired by just one stand-up comedian”
Dheeraj Dhoopar who is garnering rave reviews from the fans for his role in Sherdil Shergill is essaying the role of a stand-up comedian in the show which is poles apart from what he has been doing.
Taking about his prep for the role, Dheeraj said, “I did not want to get inspired by just one Stand up comedian but imbibed traits from various people who have been entertaining us for so long. This includes yester years stand up comedians too. I consciously did this because I wanted people to see me doing it in my own style. My efforts in building characters in various shows has brought me to where I am today and I wanted to keep the same intensity going”
Talking about the show, Sherdil Shergill is a romance drama featuring Surbhi Chandna and Dheeraj Dhoopar in the lead roles.
