The Episode starts with Abhay and everyone ending their shifts and talking. Deepika comes. She asks them to report to Vikrant in the ER. Sia says sorry, we just came. Deepika says we have no option, Dr. Ali is waiting for you in ICU, what did you do. Peroz says I saved all the patients last time, he must be super impressed with me. Everyone asks him to save their respect this time also. Vikrant asks Sia and Ansari to not disturb him, he is going to take a nap. He asks where is Deepika. Ansari say she is on rounds with Abhay. Vikrant says why did she join ER if she wanted to be in general. She says no, most of the doctors are on sick leave. He leaves. Ansari argues with Sia.
Deepika yawns. Abhay says you don’t get tired, you are working since three days. Neha says I got discharged, I m fine now.
Two patients are brought to the hospital in critical state. Ansari and Sia attend them. The guy says attend Tanya first. Ansari says tell your name. The guy says Manav. Sia says call Vikrant immediately. Vikrant gets angry and recalls Deepika and Abhay. He puts the gift in the drawer. Meena comes to call Vikrant. Peroz talks to Shalu. He says you would have become a doctor if you didn’t left studies for marriage. She says I didn’t get marry, I became an event planner, where is Abhay, did he breakup with Sia. He says no, they will get marriage, take rest. Nurse says her bed sores have septic. He asks her to change the dressing. Vikrant and Sia attend Tanya.
Dr. Ali comes and treats Shalu. He asks why didn’t you call me, you have an ego. Peroz says I m sorry, I didn’t know that. Abhay says Deepika is going to request Chakravorty that I will assist him in the big surgery, isn’t it cool. Peroz says you are Deepika’s pet, you will go ahead, I m there to do mistakes and get scolded, I have no senior to teach me. Abhay asks what’s the problem. Peroz says you are a hypocrite, you said your dad’s second wife used him to get ahead in career, you are doing the same, you are using Deepika. Abhay gets angry. Peroz says truth is bitter. Abhay thinks.
Deepika says relax, Chakravorty won’t refuse, you are ready for this. Abhay says no, I don’t need your special favors, I will work hard and earn this chance, thanks. He goes. Sia asks Tanya to breath. Vikrant comes. He asks since when are you doing compression. Sia says 15min. He says you would be tried, I will try. He stops. He says we tried our best, we can’t do anything more. Sia says no. She cries. He stops her. He asks didn’t you declare the patient’s death time before. She signs no. He says this is emergency, we can’t save all the patients coming here, she had severe head injuries, you did your best, we can’t do anything more.
She cries seeing Tanya. She tells the time of death. He asks her to go to Ansari and try to save Manav. He says we have to keep trying. Nurse asks Abhay will he sign on the card, its Deepika’s birthday, does he want to sign. Deepika sees the card and smiles. Vikrant comes. He asks are you going in your birthday party, looking good. He says thanks. He says happy birthday, Deepika. She thanks him. He gives the gift. He says I used to wish you every year in my heart, even if I was angry, I used to think that I will never meet you and wish you, and see life made us meet again, here I m, I can’t miss this chance to wish you, happy birthday, wish you a great life ahead. He leaves. She smiles. She thinks to check the gift. A man comes and says your car caught fire. She asks what. Dr. Ali says Shalu will be fine, don’t worry, I m sure that you won’t repeat the mistake. Peroz says yes, you will give me another chance. Dr. Ali says yes, be with me, I will teach you a lot. Peroz smiles. Deepika comes running and sees the small cupcake kept on her car. Abhay smiles and wishes her. He says I sing very bad, else I would have sang for you, sorry, I didn’t know its your birthday. She says I didn’t had any birthday cake since ten years. He asks why, didn’t your family get a cake for you. She says no one wished me, ten years back, I took a decision, I left everything and focussed on becoming a surgeon, family never accepted me. Abhay says you would be having friends. She says I took that decision myself, I had to make sure that this decision is right, I didn’t get time to make friends. He says you became a surgeon, are you happy, do you regret that you lost a lot of things because of this one thing. He gets Jigna’s call. He says I m coming. He says sorry, my mum got an attack, I have to go. She says okay, I will come, you might need me. They leave in her car. The cupcake falls there.
Sia says we can’t say that Tanya is no more. Vikrant says we won’t say, its imp to give his mind some rest, unpredictability is tough to handle. She asks will we lie to her. Vikrant thinks. Manav asks about Tanya. Vikrant asks Ansari about his condition. He says don’t take tension, relax. Manav says tell me about Tanya. Vikrant says I m sorry Manav, we tried a lot, we couldn’t save Tanya, she is no more. Manav is shocked. Vikrant asks Sia to be with Ansari, they both are tired. She asks is Manav in shock. Vikrant says call me if vitals change.
Abhay says Aai’s dementia got severe. Jigna says go and handle her, she has hurt my hand. Deepika treats the lady. Abhay goes to his mum and asks her to stop it. She says call Vinayak, he loves me a lot. He says he is outside, give me that knife, your husband is coming. She asks really. He says yes, he loves you, right. Deepika looks on. Ansari and Sia talk about Tanya’s death. Manav asks Sia to come to him and calls her Tanya. Vikrant comes. He asks her to go to Manav.
Vikrant says he is in shock of Tanya’s death. Manav says I love you so much. Deepika goes to stop Abhay and Girija. She says Vinayak has come. Girija asks where is he, did you lie to me. She throws a pot at Deepika and hurts her. Deepika says its okay. She says Vinayak has sent me to give you a message, he loved you before, but now he doesn’t love you, he said sorry that he left you here, he doesn’t want you to hurt yourself for his sake, he worries for you, he requested to stay happy and take care of your son Abhay.
Girija asks does he care for me. Deepika says yes, he wants you to forget the past and move on. Girija cries and hugs her. She says Vinayak doesn’t understand, how can someone move on, that old memories stay with us all life, you can forget hatred, but not love, you can’t forget love. Manav says sorry Tanya, I will not delay our marriage, I love you, will you marry me. Vikrant and Ansari look at them. Ansari says I know Sia, she can’t lie. Manav asks Tanya to say. Sia says I m not angry. Manav says I really love you. Sia says I love you too. He asks what did you say.
He says no, it wrong, you never say I love you too. Ansari asks what now. He says when I say I love you, you say you are so lovable. She says yes, I m lovable. He says you aren’t Tanya, she left. She says I m sorry for your loss. Vikrant says cardiac arrest chances. Ansari says vitals are stable. Girija sleeps. Abhay does the aid to Deepika’s wound. He says mum does this because of dementia, I get angry that she still loves my ex dad. Deepika says love just happens, is it done. He asks what. She says yes. He says yes, its a surface wound. She says thanks, I have to go to hospital, you should be here with your mum, its risky to leave her alone, we will meet tomorrow. He says 15mins for your birthday to end, cupcake got left there, there is no cake, but you can cut something. He makes a bread and jam sandwich. He sings happy birthday to you. She cuts the sandwich. They eat it. She thanks him. A man comes and says you asked for this. She says yes, put Jigna’s hand in this sling. Jigna’s husband says I will stay here and look after Tai, until Jigna gets fine. Abhay says Jigna got hurt. Kaka says I know how Girija worked hard to get you educated, she helped us also, we are family, it happens. Abhay thanks him.
Manav dies. Sia asks what happened to him. Vikrant says its about will power. Ansari says no, maybe its a stroke, you believe about will power. Vikrant says body and emotions are related, its our work to try and save patients, its my theory, you also find some theory to satisfy your mind. Sia sees Manav and cries. Dr. Ali asks Peroz to maintain charts. Peroz says you make patients’ death certificates, don’t you feel bad. Dr. Ali says I hope that we don’t need this, its happy thing to tear that and throw it, all patients are safe, tear the certificates, wrong things are happening in the world, when such night comes, I feel we are doing something right. Vikrant sees Deepika and Abhay coming to the hospital. Deepika sees Vikrant. Sia cries and runs to hug Abhay.
Dooriyaan….plays…. Sia says Abhay, promise me, you will never leave me, I will die without you. Abhay looks at Deepika.
