The Episode starts with Nikhil saying I was calling you, you didn’t answer. Deepika says I was busy, don’t pursue me so much. He asks will you relax, ain’t you overreacting. She says I don’t want to give any false hope, there can be just friendship between us. He says I m finding bit more than friendship, it was a date for me. She says I m out of a difficult relation, I don’t want to enter any other relation, we should not meet or talk. He says wow, I like this about you, you say what you think, you are unapologetic, take care, have a good day. She says you too. She goes.
Sia and all the doctors attend a patient. They ask for Deepika. Peroz asks are you okay, you have come late. Deepika asks isn’t it allowed to me if I get late. Avinash’s sister tells them about his depression. Deepika
Peroz goes to Isha. He asks why are you expecting me to follow you, you can also come to meet me. She says yes, I had to go and pacify a patient. She holds his hand and says Vir talks stupid things, but he said a correct thing today, ego shouldn’t come in between a couple. She goes. Peroz says Vir is becoming a double agent between us. Vir says intestines are stuck, as seen in the CT scan. Avinash’s sister scolds him. Vir says if any girl rejects you, then you can wait for another, such stress isn’t necessary. Deepika asks him to help him medically, and not give such advices.
A lady tells about her son, he works in a MNC company. She says we are a respected family, 15 girls rejected him because of Acne scars, the girls want looks, we are losing time and patience, please help. Sameer checks the guy Kanak. The lady says I want him to settle down with a nice girl. Peroz and Isha argue. She says its healthy for us to debate, then we will become good surgeons. Sameer says we can treat Kanak, the results can vary, it will have side effects. The lady says his scars shouldn’t be visible. Sameer says there is a surgery, we can remove the scar and then then stitch the wounds. Kanak gets afraid. Sia asks Kanak are you sure of this. The lady says we have a problem. Sia says Kanak has to decide about the surgery. The lady asks what is your junior saying, its good if you don’t want to help, we didn’t come to get insulted, we have many options. Sameer says sorry, we can take a break, have cold coffee, its on me. He sends Kanak and his mum to the VIP lounge.
Peroz and Isha are in the café. She says I was playing this aggressive game with you, you caught me. They laugh. Vir comes. Peroz doesn’t let him sit. Nikhil asks for Chakravorty. Nurse says he is busy in surgery. He says I will wait. Sia asks how can you take this side, that guy was traumatized, his mom is so judgmental, if we forcibly gets this done, then he will have scars on his mind, that won’t have any treatment, its not fair to him. Sameer looks at her. He says you are seeing this case emotionally, we are doctors, our work is to treat the patient, we have to fix them than judging them. She says Isha gifted this shade to me, I didn’t want it. He says Nikhil wants to collaborate with FMS on his research project, it will be a path breaking project, I m excited, you will work with me. He says congrats Nikhil and goes on a call. Deepika says you are using your wealth and power to pursue me, you are also like the other men, just packaging is different. Peroz says you are my friend, you should help me, I m getting nightmares, pure trauma. Sia says sorry, truth is so traumatizing. She tells about Dr. Roy. A patient is brought there. Peroz helps Isha. Sia looks on. They talk to Deepika. Isha thanks him for destressing her. She goes. Sia says she is going to give you much stress, very sad, don’t worry, I m there to destress.
Chakravorty likes the research. He says Deepika’s input will be good. Nikhil asks can we have another doctor. Chakravorty says no. Nikhil says she has become head of ER, she has lot of work, I don’t want to burden her more, I want someone to work full time on this. Chakravorty agrees.
The patient collapses down. Divangana treats him. Nurse asks who are you. Divangana says don’t worry. I m a doctor. Nurse calls Chakrvorty for the emergency. Chakravorty comes. Divangana updates about the patient’s cardiac arrest. Chakravorty checks him. He says he is stable now, well done, you saved the patient’s life. She says thanks, I m Dr. Divangana Mishra, I have come here to give the interview for chief resident, I was waiting for Dr. Khanna. He says no need now, you are hired. She asks are you sure. He says sometimes we take a lifetime and sometimes a few mins to find a capable person.
Vir asks Sia about her day. She says fine. He says I have seen you with Dr. Roy. She asks how do you get time to gossip. He says its basic info. They argue. She recalls Dr. Sameer. She feels unwell. Nurse asks are you fine. Sia says yes and goes. Peroz asks couldn’t you sleep well, did Vir trouble you. Isha says no. Peroz says we don’t know much about you, what makes you feel happy. She tells about her ex BFs. She asks how does this matter. He says I m putting efforts. He asks her to tell about her past. She says no, sorry, I don’t find it necessary. She argues. She leaves. Sia and Sameer get inside the lift. They have a moment. She thinks to avoid. He says stop, I heard, you want to specialize in plastic, I m not stalking you, Deepika told me. Deepika updates Chakravorty about Somesh’s case. She says I m going to research lab. He says Nikhil said he will be much more comfortable if he gets any other doctor than you, he said you are overloaded with work, he wants a full focused doctor, now Divangana has come, she can share your load, I will talk to him. She says its okay, he can have whoever he prefers. She goes.
Nikhil shows the lab to Sameer. Sameer says lovely lab, cool, how is your recovery going on. Nikhil says good, very soon I will catch you for the morning jog. Sameer says good you are here. Isha treats a girl Jessy’s wound. The guy Tarun tells about the girl’s issues. He says her dad has hypertension, her mom is allergic to dogs, she takes care of the dog, she feels tired. Peroz says Isha, let me do my work. Isha says even I m doing my work. Tarun says he knows everything about his GF, Jessy told him everything. Isha says Tarun knows her well, he isn’t suspicious, Jessy trusts him.
Deepika and Nikhil see each other. Sameer and Divangana observe them exchange looks and leave. He greets her and asks what was this. She says no idea, I will find out. Isha says we did the tests, everything is normal, we suspect that she can have chronic fatique. Peroz explains the symptoms. He asks them to consult the therapist. Peroz and Isha argue. Tarun asks are you guys like brother and sister, I used to fight like this with my kid sister. Jessy says if I have such condition, then how will I get fine. Tarun says its okay. He makes her talk to her mom and dad. Tarun says your faces don’t match like siblings. Peroz and Isha leave. Divangana says Deepika, Vikrant era is over, how does it feel. Deepika says I wish he gets peace, that era is over for me, moving on to another relation… not sure, its not about time, I don’t want to, these men, they all want to become the savior of damsel of distress, its not me, its not meant for me. Divangana says not all men aren’t the same. Deepika says my experience was such. Divangana asks what happened in the corridor. Deepika says its not worth it. Isha says sorry. Peroz says trust, respect and time are needed to nurture a relation, I m ready to talk. She says you mean you want to understand me better. He says yes. He says sorry, I will try to become the perfect BF. She says I promise, I will try to understand your point of view. They hug. Deepika collides with Nikhil.
She says you removed me from this project, you are taking revenge on me. The nurse tells about the special flower BrahmaKamal, it blooms only for one night in a year, its auspicious, my mum gave this plant to me for good luck, I thought to give this to you. Deepika says you don’t want to keep it. Nurse says you save many lives, you need it more. Deepika says thanks, welcome to FMS. Nurse says I read things online to increase knowledge. Deepika says good choice.
Nikhil says good run today. Sameer says we have to go for bike ride this weekend. He sees Sia and Peroz talking. He smiles. Peroz says Abhay called and said about his dad, epic doctor. She laughs. Nikhil finds Sameer lost seeing Sia. He says oh, Sia, I didn’t see you staring at someone, don’t lie. Sameer says parking lot… Peroz says don’t turn back, Sameer is sitting there with Nikhil. Sia asks really. Peroz asks why is your pulse racing, why are you nervous, you were dancing and then kissed him. She says shut up, lets go.
Sameer says I didn’t know that time, now I know it that she is a colleague, I feel attracted to someone, she is too young, she is a nice girl, relationships aren’t for me, I m a casual free person, I don’t know if I expect her to understand, she is so charming. Madhvi advices the new nurse to mind her work, and not befriend doctors. Vir looks on. Nurse holds her head. He asks Madhvi to come and help. Madhvi goes. Vir introduces himself. Nurse says its my first job. He says I will explain you if you need help. She thanks him and notes down things. He asks what will you do of notes. She says I have to make my sister a good doctor like you. She holds her head again. He asks are you okay. She says yes. Sia comes to meet Sameer.
She finds him with the patient Mona. She says you don’t need any other sitting. Mona says you don’t see any flaw in me, you are so sweet. Sameer says you are so busy. She says you don’t have time for me, so I had to come here to meet you. He says sorry, we will catch up soon. She says I will text you after going home. He says we will meet soon. She goes. Sia looks on. He says she left. She asks is she your ex. He says it means I will also get a chance to ask personal questions. She says no, sorry, I had come to collect those books. He gives her the books. She looks at him. He asks are you listening. She says yes, I will read this, thanks.
A patient is brought to ER. Vir checks him. Brahmakamal says he isn’t able to hear you. Vir checks his pockets and makes him wear the hearing aid. He talks to the patient. She faints down. Vir checks her. Peroz laughs on Sia seeing the books given by Sameer. Nurse comes to call them. The lady tells about Ishaan’s burn. Sia asks nurse to call Dr. Roy fast. Deepika says Brahmakamal has hemorrhage, call her family. Madhvi says she has no one here in Mumbai.
