The Episode starts with Vikrant asking can’t I handle a minor bike accident case. Deepika says no, I don’t doubt you. He says I have handled high profile cases of celebs and politicians. She asks him to take care of himself. She says take a power nap. He says I can’t sleep, I see Aditi everywhere, I came to work to block my thoughts. She says you have to explain yourself, you aren’t responsible. He says I feel guilty that I was so mean to her, I can do this procedure in sleep also, I know that. He goes.
Peroz sits sad. Isha gets the food. She sees Meera’s pic on his phone. She asks him to have it. He goes. Nikhil comes for the tests. He is asked to wait. He goes to fill the form. Vikrant and Deepika prepare for the surgery. She finds him lost and calls him out. He goes. Abhay comes.
Vikrant says I did too wrong with Aditi, even you can’t forgive yourself, you couldn’t save her, sorry Deepika, you had to bear this, I know you tried to save her, our life is our punishment. Deepika leaves. She recalls Aditi. She cries. She asks why couldn’t I save Aditi, did I really kill her. She goes for the surgery. The patient says I confess, I m really scared, please save my toe. She says don’t worry, I have done this procedure many times. He asks why are your hands shaking then. She looks at her hand. The patient says I m scared of you now. Abhay asks Deepika are you fine. She says no, can you handle this, okay. She instructs him. Abhay says okay. She leaves. Vikrant sees Aditi’s death certificate. He recalls Aditi’s words. Judaai….plays… Vikrant’s hands shake. He leaves from the cabin. He goes to the ER. He tries to revive a patient. He sees the patient flatlined. He gets sad and tells the time of death.
Deepika comes to meet Nikhil. He says I can live on my will power. He asks what do you like, sea view. She says sorry. He says I m planning your office, sea view or city view, remember the job offer. She says I m not accepting your job offer, my answer is no. He asks why, I didn’t tell the job details. She says you shouldn’t assume things, I m saying no. He says you like to save lives, I also like it. She says I m happy here so thanks. He says even a frog feels so until he comes out of the well. She says well, sorry, your gall bladder has a stone, we will remove it by laparoscopy, you will be here for two days, I will not do the surgery, Dr. Khanna will do it. Nikhil looks on. She asks are you stressed or upset, we all have something going on in our life, trust me, our patients are in more pain, they need us. Isha nods. Nikhil asks can I talk for a minute. Deepika goes to him. Ansari comes to Sia. He says I liked it, you stopped talking to Abhay, life has no guarantee, we should not fight. She says I agree, but there are imp issues, we have to fight for our beliefs. He says this right and wrong is a problem, we can’t say who is right. She asks what do you mean. Deepika talks to Nikhil. He asks why aren’t you doing my surgery. She says I answered you, you aren’t satisfied. He says I m trying to understand your silence. She says I don’t want to do it. He says you are giving an excuse, maybe its tough for you to accept the answer.
Ansari says Javed and his mum used to stay away, they were on bad terms, since she knew that he passed away, she is in shock, the world thinks that she didn’t love her son, Javed left and his mum isn’t out of the shock, Sia, there can be trust issues between us, the world can say anything, we know our relation is strong, right. Sia says its very strong, Abhay can never understand our relation. She gets a message. She says I have got to go to see a patient. She leaves. She replies to Abhay and leaves. Nikhil says no surgeon gives the surgery to others, I know when you diagnosed me, its an art of creation, you already planned the surgery, then why are you giving it to someone else. Deepika says no, they appointed the senior surgeon for you. He asks did I make you uncomfortable. She says no, don’t give yourself much imp. He says be honest with me, I m giving imp to our friendship. She says I want you to stay alive and make more machines, if I do this surgery, then there are high chances that you don’t get saved, because a patient died by my hands in OT yesterday, and she is gone forever.
