Bela enters the police station and assures Samrat she will handle everything after hearing the truth from Susheela. She questions the inspector about Samrat’s arrest. Vikram claims Samrat tried to separate Kishmish from him, but Bela reminds him how much Samrat has done for Kishmish, who doesn’t even want to be with Vikram.
When the inspector mentions Samrat admitted Vikram is Kishmish’s father, Bela demands proof like a DNA test. Vikram agrees to provide it, but Bela insists Kishmish will stay with Samrat until the court’s verdict. Threatening legal action, she forces the inspector to release Samrat and others.
Vikram warns Bela he will fight both the court and Bawridevi to get Kishmish back. Meanwhile, Samrat flees with Kishmish, believing only Bawridevi can help. Despite Bela urging him to stop, he escapes through a window with Kishmish. Vikram tells the police Samrat hasn’t changed and vows not to stay silent if Kishmish suffers.
Samrat, along with Deepu and Bholi, hides in an old godown, knowing Vikram will search their home. At the same time, Ratan takes Susheela to Bawridevi, who learns Samrat has escaped. She orders Ratan’s men, disguised as police, to ensure Kishmish dies.
In the godown, Kishmish complains of hunger before Samrat and the kids hear footsteps. Realizing the “police” are goons, they try to escape. Deepu turns off the lights, and Samrat urges the kids to run. Kishmish manages to flee but soon hides in Vikram’s car trunk.
Elsewhere, Bawridevi drags a half-conscious Susheela to a river, threatening to kill her unless she stays silent about the truth.
Samrat meets Bela, explaining that he still trusts Bawridevi because she once accepted Kishmish before villagers. Bela realizes the fake police were Bawridevi’s men, but Samrat defends her. Just then, Kishmish sees Samrat and cries out “Beera,” but a goon grabs her and drives away. Samrat runs after the car in desperation.
