Kishmish confronts everyone, demanding to know what they are hiding from her. To ease her doubts, Dushyant takes her to another room and shows her several portraits, explaining that he is an art collector and that the house is filled with paintings. When Kishmish points out that one of the portraits looks exactly like her, Dushyant compliments her beauty, saying any artist would be inspired by her. At that moment, Kavya and Girija enter. Girija urges Kishmish to accept them as her family instead of doubting their intentions. Kishmish replies that she’s only human and it’s natural to feel suspicious when strange things happen, then leaves. After she goes, Girija warns Dushyant to be more cautious, and Kavya remarks that Kishmish resembles someone from their past. Dushyant quietly agrees, saying
Meanwhile, Karishma decides to flirt with Samrat. Pretending she can’t drape her saree, she calls him for help, joking that it feels like fighting a war. Samrat teases her, saying she looks like a traffic signal, to which Karishma playfully protests. When he says it was meant as a compliment, she smiles. Samrat then asks if she decorated the room, and Karishma says she did it for someone special. When he asks if she likes him, she teasingly pulls his face closer and tells him to find out himself.
Samrat grows serious and says he wants to test how far she’ll go to please him. He orders her to call Dushyant. He tells Karishma that she’s with him because she knows she’s safe, but he wants to confirm if Kishmish is truly safe with Dushyant. Karishma hesitates, saying Kishmish married Dushyant willingly and he isn’t a bad man, but Samrat insists she follow his instructions.
Later, Dushyant enters his room, and Kishmish asks if he plans to sleep there. Just then, Karishma calls, pretending to be worried about Kishmish. She suggests Dushyant sleep in her room for a while until he and Kishmish get more comfortable with each other. Dushyant agrees, locks the door from inside, and Kishmish is shocked. Once alone, he calls Karishma back and tells her he knows Samrat is behind this act. Taking a pillow, he leaves the room and updates Samrat that he’s stepping out.
Before leaving, Kishmish apologizes to Dushyant for doubting him about the portrait. Dushyant calmly tells her not to question his family again, wishes her good night, and exits. Later, he watches CCTV footage of his room while Kishmish drifts to sleep.
Meanwhile, Karishma mutters that Samrat is heartless and doesn’t care about her emotions—but she softens when he unexpectedly thanks her, making her smile.
The next day, Dushyant shows a reference photo to the household women, instructing them to dress Kishmish exactly like it. At the same time, Manveer admires himself in the mirror, claiming he looks like the village head. Champa encourages him to make Samrat fall out of Bawridevi’s favor. Overhearing them, Karishma exposes their plan, vowing that Manveer will never become the village head—and if Samrat doesn’t take the position, she will.
Precap: Karishma tells Samrat that since it’s Bhaidooj, he can go and meet Kishmish. Samrat thanks her for the suggestion. During their conversation, he discovers that it was Karishma who originally came up with the idea of Kishmish and Dushyant’s marriage. Meanwhile, Kishmish finds out that someone else has been dressed exactly like the woman in the reference photo.
