Kishmish walks in to find Samrat and Karishma locked in a heated argument. Disturbed, she steps between them and pleads for calm, urging them not to fight. Suddenly, Samrat notices an envelope in her hand — her college admission letter — and reads it aloud in shock. His voice trembles as he questions why she lied about the admission date and whether someone pressured her into this decision. Kishmish quietly insists it was her own choice. With composure masking her pain, she tells him to focus on his married life instead of worrying about her.
Samrat recalls Karishma’s earlier demand to be his top priority, and suspicion flashes across his face. He turns to Karishma, asking if she had anything to do with Kishmish’s sudden departure. But Kishmish firmly intervenes, defending Karishma and telling Samrat to stop blaming her wife. With quiet strength, she tells him that if he truly wants her to chase her dreams, then he must embrace his life with Karishma wholeheartedly.
The next morning, Kishmish prepares to leave. She tells Samrat this is what’s best for everyone. He looks shattered but tells her to take care and promises to call. Kishmish hugs him tightly, telling him to look after himself too. Samrat loads her luggage into the car, and with a heavy heart, watches as she drives away.
Later, Karishma receives a call from Dadi and learns about Dushyant’s engagement. She asks Samrat if he’ll accompany her to the ceremony, but he responds coldly, calling her shameless and accusing her of being the reason behind Kishmish’s departure. Hurt and defensive, Karishma walks away silently.
Meanwhile, Dushyant sits alone, lost in thought, gazing at Kishmish’s photographs. Her words echo in his mind — that she’ll be leaving for Bangalore in two days.
As fate would have it, moments later Samrat and Karishma get into the car to drive off. Hiding nearby, Karan watches them. Unbeknownst to Samrat, the brake line has been sabotaged. While driving, he suddenly realizes the brakes aren’t working. Karishma, sensing danger, urges him to slow down — but it’s too late. The car spins out of control and crashes violently into another vehicle.
Elsewhere, at the railway station, Kishmish recalls her cherished moments with Samrat, tears streaming down her face as the title song plays. Trying to calm her unease, she attempts to call him, but there’s no answer. A sinking feeling grips her — she prays to God to keep Samrat safe. Just then, Deepu rushes in and tells her about the accident. Terrified, she runs with him to the hospital.
At the hospital, Kishmish finds Samrat and Karishma lying unconscious. Deepu assures her that both survived, but breaks the tragic news that the passengers in the other car — Dushyant’s fiancée and her family — did not.
Elsewhere, Dadi breaks down in anguish, asking why tragedy keeps following Dushyant. She laments that first his wife died, and now his fiancée has met the same fate. She demands to know who caused the accident. In another corner, Karan smirks as he confides in Manveer that he deliberately cut Samrat’s brake wire. Manveer nods coldly, saying this is only the beginning.
Back at the hospital, Karishma slowly regains consciousness and thanks Juhi for saving her life. She pleads with her to save Samrat too. Overwhelmed, Kishmish lashes out, calling Karishma toxic and blaming her for everything — for Samrat’s suffering and for the chaos that followed. Bawridevi, consumed by rage, lunges forward and starts strangling Karishma, accusing her of ruining Samrat’s life. Juhi rushes to pull Bawridevi away, shouting that Samrat is out of danger and only needs rest.
At that tense moment, Manveer strides in with grim authority. He delivers a devastating blow — declaring that Samrat will soon be arrested. In front of everyone, he says Samrat is responsible for the deaths of Dushyant’s fiancée and her family. Kishmish, her voice trembling, insists it was an accident. But Manveer coldly tells her to go and see for herself what the Panchayat has decided — hinting that the village has already deemed Samrat guilty.
