Bawridevi storms into the godown with Ratan, vowing she won’t spare Bela. Samrat, who had been hiding, emerges — and Bawridevi demands to know which orphanage sent him, threatening to kill Bela if she doesn’t confess. Samrat pleads with Bawridevi to stop; she realizes Samrat tricked her to find Bela’s location and grudgingly calls him clever. Samrat counters that he can’t win the custody fight without Bela’s help, insists he came for her, and vows they will leave together — but Bawridevi sneers that he can’t succeed. At that moment Deepu arrives with police.

Bela files a kidnapping complaint against Bawridevi; officers arrest her. Bawridevi accuses Samrat of betrayal, and he fires back that kidnapping Bela was her crime. He predicts she won’t be free by morning and that he’ll secure custody of Kishmish. As police lead Bawridevi away, Samrat reassures Bela they’ll win the case.

In court the next day, Bela urges the judge not to take Bawridevi’s statement; the judge points out Samrat is a minor. Bela argues Samrat raised Kishmish, not Vikram. Vikram counters that Bawridevi wants Kishmish harmed and demands custody, but the judge rules it unlawful to grant custody to a minor. During the hearing Samrat snatches the judge’s asthma inhaler, then returns it, telling the judge that just as the inhaler keeps him alive, Samrat and Kishmish need each other to survive. Kishmish clings to Samrat, declaring she wants to stay with her Beera, not Vikram. The judge postpones the verdict to the next hearing.

Bawridevi later claims she was released because her servant kidnapped Bela, but the judge refuses to involve her further. Time passes: Bela buys ice cream for the children while Samrat comforts a frightened Kishmish and promises he won’t let them be separated — a scene Bawridevi witnesses. Tension escalates at the Panchayat when the village head warns Bawridevi she must respect its authority; he even burns her family’s images. Champa urges Ratan to act, but he falters. Champa vows to finish off Bawridevi, Kishmish, and Samrat — and decides to exploit Bawridevi’s secret to do it.
