Vikram’s lawyer argues in court that only Vikram can provide proper upbringing to Kishmish since Samrat is a minor and his family refuses to take responsibility for her. Just as the judge is about to deliver the verdict, an alarming fire sound interrupts the session, and the hearing is postponed.
Samrat assures Kishmish that he won’t let anyone separate them. Vikram arrives, accusing Samrat of causing the disturbance, but then offers to take Samrat along with Kishmish, promising to raise both well. Samrat refuses, saying Bawridevi is like his mother, and he cannot abandon her despite her wrong beliefs. He insists he wants to change her and others’ mindsets. Vikram, however, warns that Bawridevi will never change and insists on taking Kishmish.
At the hospital, Bawridevi furiously tells Susheela that she tolerated her only because she was a fool but now considers her a betrayer for telling the truth to Samrat. Susheela retorts that Samrat still doesn’t know Bawridevi killed Sarla. Bawridevi admits Samrat will hate her if he learns that truth, then pulls out a gun, frightening Susheela. She threatens to kill both Susheela and herself, leaving Samrat orphaned, since Champa won’t take care of him. She warns Susheela to withdraw the case and storms out.
Kishmish later asks Samrat what will happen, and he replies that only Bela can decide. But Bawridevi arrives, revealing that Susheela has withdrawn the case and she has been released. When Samrat asks her to prove her love by helping him win Kishmish’s custody, she refuses, claiming he is sacrificing his childhood for Kishmish. She vows to hold Bela captive until the next hearing so Samrat will lose. Exhausted, Samrat admits he wants Kishmish’s happiness and trusts Vikram to provide it, asking Bawridevi to hand Kishmish over. Shocked, Bawridevi watches as Kishmish cries and resists being dragged away. Samrat tearfully tells Kishmish to go for her own good.
Later, Deepu questions Samrat’s decision, while Bholi wonders how Kishmish can survive without them. Samrat insists it’s best for her and shares his secret plan, determined to defeat Bawridevi. Soon after, Bawridevi happily prepares a meal for Samrat, but the servant reveals he is missing and hands over his letter. Manveer reads it aloud—Samrat has gone to the orphanage Bela once told him about. Alarmed, Bawridevi orders Ratan to take her to Bela’s location, unaware that Samrat is secretly following them.
