Samrat is stunned to realize Bawridevi could go as far as killing someone who opposes her. Bawridevi denies trying to kill Susheela and warns that one day he will regret choosing Kishmish over her. Samrat firmly replies he will never regret it, reminding her of his promise to Sarla to protect Kishmish. He vows to fight even against himself for Kishmish’s happiness. When Bawridevi asks why he is ruining his life for Kishmish, Samrat declares that Kishmish is his life. The police arrive and arrest Bawridevi and Champa, despite Champa’s pleas of innocence. Bawridevi instructs Ratan to arrange a lawyer as they are taken away.
Bela then brings Kishmish to Samrat, who breaks down hugging her. Bela assures him Kishmish is safe but warns Bawridevi will try again to separate them. Samrat insists
The following day, Kishmish asks Samrat if the judge will listen to her wish to stay with Beera. Samrat reassures her that even God will listen. Bela advises Kishmish to tell the judge that only Dhaakad Beera can raise her properly. Just then, Ratan’s men restrain Bela. Samrat is shocked to see Bawridevi, who claims she hasn’t lost. She orders Samrat to forget Bela and focus on Kishmish, warning that while he can fight society, he cannot fight the law. When Bela tries to escape, Ratan’s men attack her, leaving her unconscious.
Kishmish, scared, asks Samrat if he can protect her. At that moment, Manveer and his friends surround them, blaming Samrat and Kishmish for Champa’s arrest. Samrat grabs Kishmish and runs away.
In court, Vikram’s lawyer argues that Kishmish’s custody should go to her biological father, Vikram. Surprisingly, Bawridevi tells the judge she raised Kishmish until now but has no objection to handing her over to Vikram since he is her legal father. Samrat pleads with the judge to hear Kishmish’s opinion, but the judge refuses, stating she is a minor—and so is Samrat. Samrat then requests a chance to prove he can raise Kishmish properly. Meanwhile, Deepu, Bholi, and Kishmish prepare to execute Samrat’s plan B.
Vikram’s lawyer counters that love alone isn’t enough to raise a child. He questions Samrat about his income and whether Bawridevi would ever truly treat Kishmish like her own. He adds that Samrat’s family doesn’t want to raise Kishmish and insists Vikram should be granted custody.
