Let’s move on to the chapter!

Chapter 20 ~
Evening ~
Twinkle was in the garden enjoying the cool breeze or rather say trying to divert her mind. She looked at the flowers. There were a lot of flowers, red rose, black rose, daffodils, jasmine, sunflowers, orchids etc. What attracts Twinkle the most were orchids. She loves them. Seeing lots of orchids planted there she ran towards it and started caressing them. She was happy and was behaving like a kid. She smelled it and was smiling continuously not aware of that someone was watching her. There stood Kunj in their room staring at her with much love through the window. His eyes had some sparkle. They were glowing. He was seeing his Jasmin in her. Unknown to himself, he was falling for her again but in other way. Twinkle while playing with the flowers saw Kunj staring at her. Their eyes meet for a minute resulting in a short eye lock. His continuous gaze on her make her knees went numb. She got nervous. She pretended that she didn’t saw him.

#Twinki’s pov
Huhh why this devil is staring at me like this? Ye kahin devil se angel to nhi ban gayi..! Pagal hai Twinkle kya soch rahi hai! Kunj sarna or sudjar jaaye! Not even in dreams. Babaji kya kar rahy ho? Ab dekho to zara, usko ignore kerna chah rahi hun per itns cute dikh raha hai! Kesy ignore karun! Twinkle kya hogaya hai tujhe! Pagal hogayi hai! Wo devil hai devil jo sirf dard dena jaanta hai! Babaji ye kya horaha hai! Ohh gosh Twinkle u love sid! Ryt? He is nothing infront of my Sid! Let him come then I’ll show you Mr. Kunj Sarna what love is! You said u love someone but how can be a person love a girl who doesn’t respect girls. But dekhna I’ll teach u a lesson Mr. Sarna! You just wait nd watch.

She smirked and looked at him who was still looking at her. Twinkle, trying to ignore him couldn’t resist and meet his eyes. They shared a sweet eye lock.

Twinkle was the one who broke it and left from there with tears in her eyes. Kunj came out of his dream world and sat down on the couch holding his head in his palms.
K – ‘Ye mujhe kya horaha ! What’s wrong with me. I m getting attracted towards her. No, this isn’t possible. No way. Kunj, kunj..!’ he got up from the couch and started moving here and there. He remembered Twinkle getting too happy seeing orchids. He then goes into a flashback. Twinkle who was sitting in the hall also goes into the same flashback.
~ Flashback
Jasmin and Sid were walking in the garden, talking and laughing.
J – ‘Sid, you know I always dreamt of getting a friend like you who will always stand by me and will never leave me.’ He smiled.
S – ‘I promise Jas, I’ll always be with you in every phase of life!’
J – ‘Pakka na, ya fir mujhe chod ker chaly jaao gay.’
S – ‘Nhi baba, kabhi nhi jaaunga! Tum jaany ka kaho gi bhi tab bhi nhi jaaunga meri jaan!’ She stopped in herr tracks and his words echoes in her ears “Meri jaan”. Somewhere deep in her heart she felt happy listening it from his mouth.
J – ‘Jaan?’ She questioned.
S – ‘Voh.. actually.. voh na.. arrrey friends can say that.’ He was finding words to answer.
J – ‘Acha, well agr meri shadi hogayi to bhi nhi jaaogy na mujhe chod ke?’ she questioned and his face dropped down.
S – ‘Phir to jaana hi padega!’ he replied lost somewhere.
J – ‘Why?’
S – ‘Because I can’t see any men in your life except me and your Papa!’ He replied and kept on walking. Jasmin. stopped right there.
J – (in mind) ‘Sid, I know you also loves me! Please say it to me na.’ She ran to him.
J – ‘But why?’
S – ‘Leave that.’ He was sad. She saw orchids on her left side and got extremely happy.
J – ‘Sid, see orchids. My favourite flowers, I just love them. Come with me.’ She pointed at the flowers and the dragged him there. He unwillingly went there. They stood near the orchids and sat down near on the bench. She held his bicep and rested her head on his shoulder. He entwined their fingers.
J – ‘Sid, you know these are my favourite. They are just awesome, I love them.’ Sid had a smile on his face.
S – ‘You know what Jas? Tum such mein bht unique ho! Ab dekho na usually ladkiyon ko rose pasand hoty hain but my Jas is different from others, she loves orchids and so do I. And I lov….’ He stopped in middle.
J – ‘Kya hua ruk kyun gaye? Bolo na? You what?’
S – ‘Nothing.’
J – ‘Sid, I wish koi mujhe propose kary to wo orchids dy ker kary! I wish Babaji meri yeh wish poori ker dy.’
S – ‘So what’s a big deal in it?’ he got up. ‘I can fulfil your wish!’
J – ‘And will you tell me how?’

He took some orchids from there and sat on his knees. Jasmin was amazed.
S – ‘Jasmin, I don’t know what to say or what not! All I know is that this best friend of yours love you from the bottom of his heart. He is madly, deeply, crazily, mentally, physically fallen in love with you! I don’t know what you feels for me but your monkey loves you so much. Only you have the right to call me monkey and I won’t give this right to anyone. I will always protect you, I’ll be a shield for you, I’ll be your shadow. I’ll be there for you whenever you’ll need me. I LOVE YOU JASMIN. I love you, I love you, I love you so much, I just love you. Will you make me the luckiest person by loving me back?’ Jasmin was startled. She never imagined that he’ll confess his love in this way. She took the orchids from his hand and said.
J – ‘I LOVE YOU TOO SID. I love you so much.’ He got up and she jumped onto him. He took her in his embrace and covered his arms around her. She locked her hands around his neck.
# Flashback ends
Twinj were in tears remembering that day.
T – (in mind) ‘That was the best day of my life.’

K – (in mind) ‘Jasmin, I promised you I’ll always protect you, I’ll always be with you but now I don’t even know where are you? I know you must be angry on me that I may not protect you but what should I do? I m stuck!’

T – (in mind) ‘I told you that day my fav flowers are orchids, then after that on my every birthday you brought them for me but there has been so many years that I m not getting orchids from you and now my birthday is coming, please Sid come on this birthday and give me orchids.’
K – (in mind) ‘I know you must be missing me on your birthday even more because it has been many years that I didn’t gave you your fav flowers. But wait, Twinkle’s fav is orchids. What if Twinkle is Jasmin? No! This is impossible, but they have many similarities.’
T – (in mind) ‘Do you still love me Sid?’
K – (in mind) ‘I still love you Jasmin.’

Kunj stood up from his place and came down. Twinkle was sitting in the hall. He saw her there crying. It pricked him.
K – (thinks) ‘Kya horaha hai mujhe? Ro wo rahi hai dard mujhe horaha hai kyun? Kunj, come back on your devil avatar, you are going no where. You only love Jasmin.’
He came to her and held her wrist tightly. She got scared. He made her stand and held her hairs tightly. Her eyes turned glassy.
T – ‘Kunj, please leave me! Please. Someone will see. Yuvi and Chinki are here only.’
K – ‘I know and don’t you dare tell this to anyone.’
T – ‘I won’t tell because I don’t want anyone to feel guilty because of your deeds. I don’t know what’s happening to you, sometimes before you were behaving so good and now.’ She said with much difficulty writhing in pain.
K – ‘Kuch der ke liye bhatak gaya tha!’ he said and pushed her. She fell down on the sofa. He left from there. She sat there crying on her fate.
T – ‘Kya horaha hai ye? Abhi tak to itna acha behave ker raha tha fir ek dum se? Kyun babaji? I just don’t know what’s in his mind.’
Yuvi came there and saw her crying.
Y – ‘Twinkle kya hua?’ Listening his voice she quickly wiped her tears and stood up.
T – ‘Nhi kuch nhi hua!’
Y – ‘Tum ro rahi thi?’
T – ‘Nhi, me q roun gi? Wo bs aankh me kuch chala gaya tha!’
Y – ‘Twinkle, I m still asking Kunj ne kuch kiya?’
T – ‘Nhi Yuvi, kunj kya karega! Wo to bht acha hai! Lekin tum q kunj pe doubt ker rahy ho?’
Y – ‘Nhi kuch nhi!’ he said and left from there. Kunj observed all this from a distance. He left from there.
Yuvi was thinking something.
Y – (thinks) ‘How to tell you Twinkle that Kunj is a womanizer.’
Kunj was also thinking something.
K – (thinks) ‘She didn’t said my name. Why? She is so innocent still bearing all my tortures.’

At Night ~
Twinj and Yuki were having dinner. Twinkle was not eating anything just staring at the food and lost in thoughts.
C – ‘Twinkle tu kuch khaa kyun nhi rahi?’
T – ‘Nhi kuch nhi mujhe bhook nhi!’ she got up from the chair to go when Kunj held her wrist firmly. She, being surprised looked at her hand and then at Kunj.
K – ‘Tu ne subah se kuch nhi khaya, bhook nhi hai phir bhi khaao!’ She was surprised by his this side. She released her hand from his and left from there. Kunj was left disappointed.
Y – ‘Issy kya hua?’
K – ‘Pata nhi!’
C – (in mind) ‘Aesy bol raha hai ye Kunj to jesy isy kuch pata hi na ho! Meri bestie ki zindagi barbaad ker ke yahan araam se betha hai!’
Kunj left the food and moved out of the house.
Twinkle sat down on the bed reminiscing the happenings of the day, his keeps on changing behaviour. She was confused.
T – ‘Kya hai ye sb kuch? Kyun Kunj aesa ker raha hai? Kabhi change or phir kabhi wapis wohi devil! Ye ho kya raha hai? I have to find out, what’s the reason behind Kunj being a devil. I know he is not like this, something is forcing him being into this.’
She was lost in thoughts when Kunj entered the room with food. He sat down in front of her on the bed.
K – ‘Eat this.’
T – ‘I won’t.’
K – ‘Twinkle, don’t you dare deny my orders or you’ll face the worst consequences.’
T – ‘I know!’
K – ‘Mera gussa khud pe mat nikalo, khana khaa lo!’
He passed the tray of food to her and she silently started eating. He stared at her. Twinkle looked up at him and their eyes meet.

Khamoshiyan awaaz hain
Kabhi sunne to aao

She broke the eye lock and give the bite of food to him. He silently ate it. She knew he didn’t ate and like that they both finished the dinner.
T – ‘Kunj?’
K – ‘Hmm?’
T – ‘Kunj, you can share anything with me!’ He stayed quiet. She took his hand in hers.
T – ‘Kunj, tumhe pata hai tum itny bury nhi ho jitna dikhane ki koshish kerty ho, hasn tum me achaai hai shayad burai se bhi zyada!’ He jerked her hand and held her shoulders. He pinned her to the wall and smashed his lips on hers. She knew she awake the devil in him. He bites her lips making them bleed. She just silently bear the pain. She knew what’s going to come up but she wasn’t ready for it. Her tears started flowing but they didn’t affect him. He left her lips and bites her neck. He keeps on biting her neck and ears. He then threw his shirt away and took off her clothes. He pushed her on the bed and she was just crying because she can’t shout nor protest. He then took off his pants and made her all naked. They both were naked.
T – ‘Kunj no, please! I beg you!’ she said crying knowing that it was of no use. He entered into her giving her immense pain and she couldn’t do anything.

Next Morning ~
The sun rays disturbed the sleep of Kunj who was wrapped under the sheet with Twinkle in his arms. She was sleeping on his chest and he was holding her tightly. He looked at her innocent face and gently kissed her on her forehead. He himself was shocked by his gesture. Dried tears marks were visible on Twinkle’s face, her eyes and lips swollen. The marks visible on her neck which he gave. He pushed her and she woke up. She looked at him with pain in her eyes. He got up and went to washroom. She sat there hugging her legs.
T – ‘Babaji, kyun ker rahy ho aesa?? Kis gunah ki saza dy rahy ho? Maa Papa se bhi alag ker diya! Mahi se bhi. I miss thm so much.’
