CHAPTER#12- THE SHOCK N The SURPRISE!?
A dark room is shown…..cool n silent wind entering through d window…passes through the curtain making it fly in air…
The full moon’s light fall on sm1’s face..making his eyebrow in frowning expression….
His face shine in moon’s light…revealing it to be dev…
He opens his eyes to find….

NOTHING(??)
As lights were off…he could manage to see a window nearby….with a few rays of atural light(moon light) cming in…. His facial expression chanved into a confused one….
Thinking deeply about it..he rememberedlast thing dat was sm1 tapped his shoulder..n a chlorofom hanky on his nose…thats it..!!
He was made to sit on the chair…cosy chair…he stand up to make his way..but smthng came in his way…n d next moment he was on the floor..
Dev was not able to make out anythng…
Is he kidnapped..???
If yes..den why he is not tied..??
He stand up…to listen sm “tik….tik..”type sound…
His flaws tightened..
“Bomb..????” Was only d thing he could think…he got scared…
Trying to escape was a bad idea..coz nothing could b seen…
The “tik…tik” sound continue…revealing a clock….hanging on the window..behind the curtain..
The clock was short….witn blue diamonds on the outline…n blue light slowly appear in it…the time was 11:57 pm…
Dev sighed in releif dat it wasnt a bomb…n thank god nth times dat he dint take his life..
Again he was about to sit on the chair…his body touched d chair…wen he heard som footsteps…
“Tak…tak…” He moved his face to d owner of the footsteps…to see sm1 cming towards him…
As it was dark..he couldnt see any1..
“Whose dis…?”
“………….”no answer..
“Whose dis..???can u telll me..?”
the footsteps stopped..
N “shhhhh….”the owner of d footstep spoke…
Dev gulped….as it cntnuetowards him again…
Wen “tang….tang”…
N the lights came suddenly….dev closed his eyes..as suddenly it came..but as slowly he opened…he find long pinkish curtains…with his picture hanging….n ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY’ written on it…
His eyes widened…

Turning his face about 60-80 degree…he find a wonderful decoration of ballooons….sm balloons were moving on ground..dat was d only thing dat made him fall..

He moved his face to d footsteps owner…to find…
To find….

A beautiful lady in black middey…who was not other than sonakshi…with her..hot-so favourite million dollar smile…
Automatically his straight lips which was in shock…curved into a huge smile…his eyes twinkle..
“HAPPYYY BIRTHDAY DEV..!!!!!!!!”sona almost run towards him..saying so…
She was about to shake hand but to her surprise dev opened his arms…which was sooon wrapped around her body…
D hug was js for few seconds..a friendly one..n wishing one…
“Many..many happy returns of d day partner…!!!”sona chirped… Pinching d tip of his nose…
Dev js smiled….before he could reply..
The door flew open…n in came d whole dixit n bose clan…!!
“Happpy birtday bhaiya/dev” alll wished excitedly…
Dev,who was happy…or can say STILL confused……
Before few minutes..he was praying for his life to god…n now…dis..
It was not digestable for him…but…doing nothing n getting warmth hug was d best therapy..he needed now..to make his heartbeat normal..which did…
After all wishing ceremony…sonakshi brought a big square size cake..having dev’s picture on it..n happy bday written on it…
Dev,who was surrounded by lovely peoples…cut d cake…n made evry1 have with his own hands..
All share a great moment….
After d cake cutting ceremony…n clicking 1000 of selfies…dey settled on sofa…
“So how do u like d surprise..??…”neha asked..
“Dis was sona di’s idea..!!”nikki continued..
“Surprise…????? Dis wasnt a surprise for me..!!!!” As dev said sona’s happy face turned gloomy…
The atmosphere turned silent n sad…
“Coz it was a shock..yeah..!! Actually it was……but I LOVED IT…!!!!” Dev shouted excitedly… As evry1 smiled again….
“Bhaiya it wasnt a shock…!!”riya said..
“How do u know it wasnt…first u all kidnapped me…”before he could continue…
Nikki shouted..”how do u like dat..i kidnapped u..”she said proudly..
“Hey i also helped..!!”riya argue..
“No u dint..!!”
“Achcha den who hold dis big muscular bhaiya….”riya shouted..as der cute nok jhok begin..
“Ya bro..u r musc man….n u know tooo much fat tooo…ughhh…i got wet with sweats…n sweats..while bringing u here..!!”nikki said dramatically….
As dey all got silent again..to listen his experience…while dev continued..
“den dat’tik…tik’ sound almost took my life… i thought it was a bomb…”
Evrybode laughed..n dev too joined dem..
“N u..!!! U frightened me more…with ur heels..?..”dev said to sona..
“Jealous of my heels..???…well dont worry i will gift u same..if u want”sona chuckled..
“No..not needed…! Thanx.!” Dev said..
“Sorry bhaiya v were late…n d reason was u only.
Becoz of holding u my dress teared…n i have to change..n dis all ladies tooo..dey took so much tym…thank god dat sona di reached on tym…or d plan of wishing at 12 exact would have missed..”
Nikki said as dev hummed….after talkin much more about der plan..
Dev got to know dat it was all planned by sona..!! As tomorrow was haldi n dey couldnt celebrate..so she asked to do tonight..her plan was about a party..
Kidnapping was nikki…n dis all spice of tik..tik..n decoration was of sona n neha’s…
This was d first tym dev got a surprise like dat…he usually as i mentioned before is a workoholic…n celebrate his bday with his mom n sis… Very simply…
But dis was not expected…
Totally not..though he loved it…
Though it was a shock..for him…but it was a surprise too….for dem it was surprise..but for him it was shock..
He thank god for this beautiful moment..dat he blesses to him…
As d tym paassed..dey thought to leave..as d next day was haldi..
Evry body stoo up to leave..
“Sonakshi..!!”dev said..as she turned.
“Thank u soo much for dis..i really loved it….” Thats it..
The words were less..but the eyes said it all…d love cming from each others eyes..mentioned evrythng..
Sona jz give him a smile..
“No problem partner..!! Glad u liked it..oops loved it..!”she said as dey leave…
Retiring to d palace again..evry1 slept…except the two souls which were curious about eachothers feelings…
Both tossed right n left on d bed…
Dev,after getting d reply of ‘NO SLEEP’ from his head…went to d beach backside to d palace..
He sat on d sand…digging his legs in it..he closed his eyes..feeling d cool atmosphere…
Sonakshi came der putting her hands on his eyes from back..she chuckled….
Dev put his hands on hers(which was onhis eyes) n remove it..he turned..to get a hold of her..but she stand n ran on d silent beach…her giggle filled d atmosphere…d waves touched her leg…
Breathing heavily she stopped…n faces towards dev..n gave him a flying kiss..which he act to hold…he runs towards her n hug her from back…sonakshi blushed as he did so…
N yeah..!!! Here came end to dev’s dream…(???)
He openes his eyes shocked…
“Wat is happening to me…why m i dreaming of sonakshi….she is jz a girl…normal.?? (He remembered her surprise tonight).No…different…but why..??she is jz my frnd….!!!!! (He remembered d drunk state where he said he liked her)…yeah i like her….but…!!!
But as a frnd right.???….

Her giggles played like a music in his ear..as he imagined her smiling…
Again he opened his eyes…

Dev jumped in happiness..
” i love her..!! I love her..!!! Yeah..!! I love sonakshi……i love miss.bose..yay..!! Finally i got my girl…d girl of my dream…perfect…..just perfect….”dev shouted..as he leftthe place…
As he went to his roomm…he passed by sonakshi’s…her window as open…
He looked at her sleeping….wrapping her arms around her pillow..she had a cute smile…
He adored her standing…n went to his room…
Thinking about her..he slept…smiling tooo…
