Part-2 The Land OS

Dev enters the house with Ishwari..
Radharani: jiji….its great you came…
Dev interrupts radhrani from gng on other route.
He was scared about the land deal he handed over to vicky. And his worry was justified, his past experience of vicky doesn’t allow him to be at peace.
Dev: vicky….he came back from of office?

Just then vicky enters…
Vicky: yes.. vicky is back….and you will b proud of him today!
Dev’s face got lighten up as he heard that he thought that his all worries were wrong, Vicky proved him wrong…he have done his job when he wasn’t able to…
He tightly hugs vicky…
Dev: I am…I am proud of you….
Radharani smirks at Ishwari,
Radharani: lately but you got to know my son is not useless….
Dev: you have done a great job….you don’t know…how important that land is for me…
Vicky: bhai! You are very innocent…that land was a piece of crab…
Dev’s grip over vicky’s shoulder get loosen…

Vicky: that property dealer was a fraud…he was asking 2 crore for that municipality land….I SAVED YOU…I said to him we dont want that land…

Dev’s loosen grip …now tightens over the collar…
Dev: HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!
Ishwari and Radhrani runs to save vicky from dev….the whole family gathers…sonakshi also comes out…and runs to dev…as she holds him from his shoulder…Ishwari backouts…
Sonakshi: what happened…Dev!!
Dev: shona leave me….
Sonakshi: dev!!!….lets go to our room…

Sona takes dev to their room…

Radharani: hayye… my son only wanted to save dev….and now dev is scolding him…
Ishwari: bhabhi! Dev was very worried about that land…he desperately wanted that….on my sake he handed that deal to vicky…
Ishwari moves to her room…Radharani makes faces…and starts rubbing vicky’s face with her saree….

DEVAKSHI ROOM,
Sonakshi: Dev…it was just a piece of land….if you had….
Dev interrupts: it wasn’t only a piece of land…
With those words dev leave to the office…to make his last try…if he can fix any thing…

Dev reaches the Office…tina tells him that as the broker was refused from their company….another company hooked him for the deal…the land is sold now!!
Dev was very disheartened with the news…
When he got back to home….he didn’t ate anything and slept early….sonakshi told everyone that he had his dinner in office…as she didn’t wanted to drag this matter anymore……but she can only know he was in pain…and his tension said that….that land wasn’t only land for him…
Sonakshi called tina to know about the story behind that land…
Tina: mam, that land is none other than sir’s childhood rent house….that owner is running out of money and thus he want to sell that land through a broker…
Sonakshi: Ohk…thats why dev is soo stressed…
Tina: one more thing mam..
Sonakshi: what?
Tina: after 2 days….it will be yours and sir’s 1st marriage anniversary…..he wanted to gift that land to you…i dont know the story behind…
Sonakshi shies…
As you all know…in front of that house dev proposed sonakshi…the land is witness of their love confession….

Sonakshi: wait a sec….who is that company who have bought this..land?
Tina: Lakotia Construction…
Sonakshi: Lakotia!!!!!!….get the papers of that land ready as dev wished…I will get the sign…..this will be my gift for him….

Next Day,
Dev is working on the laptop…in the garden…
Sonakshi comes to him…pecks on his cheeks and handover some paper to him
Dev looks at her with questioning eyes…
And she asks him with her eyes to open the file…
As he goes through the paper…his mouth gets widen as big as he can…
Dev: how!!!!!!!!
With dev’s shouting voice everyone gathers their….
Dev hugs sonakshi tightly…and before sonakshi could reciprocate…she sees everyone around…and thus breaks the hug…
Dev: how you got this…
Ishwari: what is that dev….

Dev: maa!…sona got that land for me…see the papers..
Sonakshi: before last nyt…i actually thought that you are mad for a small thing…but no dev!…this is the most important thing….this is the land where you have spent your whole childhood…so many memories…
Ishwari gets teary after sonakshi….
Ishwari: dev!.
Dev: yes maa…the house which we had on rent is now our own…
Dev hugs Ishwari…
Dev: this land have our memories also Sonakshi….

Dev looks at his shona with loving eyes….
Ishwari: sonakshi….how does she know about it….she don’t know anything…
Dev: this was the place where…I….proposed Sonakshi….said her that I love her….
And that’s why i wanted to buy this land to gift her on our 1st wedding anniversary…
But she gifted me….

Ishwari loosens her grip over dev’s back..
Dev: by the way…how you got this my business woman…
Sonakshi: after seeing me…the company which bought that land…refused to buy….
Dev was puzzled….he couldn’t understand even a bit of what she said…
Sonakshi: let me call the owner of the company…
Neil Lakotia (sona’s fake boyfriend) enters….
Dev: neil!!!!

Neil: hi dev!
Dev: oh my god….hi…!!
Ishwari : dev…you know him..
Sonakshi, dev and neil start laughing…
Dev: maa…thats a long story…what say Miss. bose…
Sonakshi: it is mrs. Dixit for you….

Neil: thats the problem…you made my girlfriend your wife….
Dev tightly holds sonakshi
Dev: she was, is and will always be mine only…
Neil: mine was drama….but you guys…she went on date with me…and married you…
Sonakshi: love can happen amywhere, anytime…
Dev and Sonakshi smiles at each other
