Scene at Birla hospital.

Aru: hi abhi. What’s up? Called me suddenly at this time.

Abhi: Yes. There is a emergency case you have to handle it immediately. I am having another surgery to perform. Others are busy that’s why.

Aru: relax abhi. I will take care of it. Bye.

Abhi: the patient is really important to our family that’s why.

She nods and leave. Scene shift to Singhania house.

Sirat: I didn’t know that aru will ask such a question bhai. I don’t know how to handle aru because she is often asking about akshu. If she comes to know that she is the reason then we will lose aru too. Which I cannot let it happen.

Naksh: sirat please. Don’t think about it. You are stressing yourself thinking about it.

Naitik: haan sirat beta. Naksh bilkul sahi kaha. Don’t think about it then your health will only get worse. ( Note: here in my FF Singhanias and Maheshwaris have accepted sirat as their own daughter just like naira. Naksh and sirat are best friends even though they are siblings unlike the serial).

Sirat: ji Papa. I won’t think about that. Bhai, where are others in the home?

Naksh: everyone went to mandir to pray for all especially akshu and aru.

Naitik: ghar pe sab kaise hai.

Sirat: sab theek hai papa. Boxing club keliye aaya tha pasme. Then thought of visiting you all while returning back and came here.

Naitik: acha beta. Suddenly his phone rings.

Naksh/ sirat: papa kya hua? Aap ethini tensed kyu papa?

Naitik: akshu ki accident ho chuka hai. Airport road ke paas. Patha nahi kaise but the people around are taking her to nearby hospital.

Sirat: kya?? Papa Airport road kepaas Birla hospital hi hai papa. If aru see akshu then it will be a greatest problem for everyone. But papa, how do you know that is our akshu only?

Naitik: I will tell you everything about it later. Now we have to go immediately there.

Sirat: ok papa. Will call Kartik and inform him everything. Bhai please take the car. Sirat calls Kartik and inform him everything he was shocked to the core.

They reach the hospital. And enquire in reception.

Naksh: is there any accident case today? Her name is Akshara Goenka.

Receptionist: Yes sir. Aap kyon hai sir unki?

Naksh: unki maamu. Ye unki maa hai. Sirat Kartik Goenka.

Receptionist: ok sir. She is in emergency ward and has been taken to OT. Go straight and left sir.

Naksh: thanks.

They went to OT and Kartik and others also came.

They were shocked with the truth. Here abhi comes and shocked to see that Singhanias and Maheshwaris and Goenkas are standing in front of the OT. He immediately went to Kartik and asked.

Abhi: Kartik uncle, aap sab yahan? Kya hua? The patient in the OT was a accident case how are you related to her?? How do you know her??

Kartik: the girl who is this OT is none other than your bestest friend akshu.

Abhi: kya?? But she left the house 4 years ago right then how she is here. Did aru knows this?

Sirat: aru don’t know this if she comes to know about it then she will wreak a havoc which we need to stop. So please hide it from aru. And haan she has left 4 years ago but was in control of her naanu I mean my papa.

Abhi: aap kya kehari ho. Naanu ki paas me. I didn’t get it. Tell me clearly aunty.

Sirat: ask this question to her naanu the only one who knows the answer.
