Destiny Has It – Chapter 5

Author’s Note: Thanks a lot for showering so much love on my ff. I didn’t expect such  response for my first ff. Chapter -5 and Chapter -6 will be full of Riansh’s nok-jhok. I will continue with thriller again from Chapter-7.

In Raisinghania mansion

Vansh: Do one thing. Tell him that I want to go on a break.

Angre: I don’t think sir would allow you to take a break when the enemy has got a strong player.

Vansh: He would. I know my dad well.

Angre: Ok, boss. I will inform him.

Vansh: Now let me sleep.

Angre: Ok, boss.

The next day

In the University

Sejal was standing alone while Riddhima was in the canteen. Seeing Sejal alone Vansh approached her.

Vansh/Vihaan: Hey Sejal!

Sejal(with a smile): Hi Vihaan!

Vansh/Vihaan: Why are you standing alone? Where is your angry bird?

Sejal: What?Angry bird?

Vansh/Vihaan: Oops! Sorry! I mean your best friend Riddhima.

Sejal(with a serious tone): Shall I tell her that you called her ‘Angry Bird’?

Vansh/Vihaan: You know what God created some people with many talents like me. One of my talents is that I can read faces.

Sejal: So, what is my face telling you?

Vansh/Vihaan: That you are enjoying my humour and you want to laugh but you are scared if she sees it then she won’t spare you. Am I right or am I right?

Sejal (bursting into laughter) : You are unbelievable!!

Vansh/Vihaan: I can see that you can laugh. But couldn’t you teach your best friend? Always anger on the face. Looks like an ice slab won’t take a minute to melt if it’s kept on her head.

They both were laughing but suddenly they stopped laughing seeing Riddhima coming.

Vansh/Vihaan: Hi Riddhima!

Riddhima(faking a smile): Hi! By the way, why were you guys laughing?

Sejal: Nothing special. We were just taking about angry bird.

Riddhima : I am not a Kindergarten student who will believe anything you say. So just tell me what you were saying without creating a scene.

Sejal: Voh… Actually…..

Vansh/Vihaan: Riddhima, did you have your breakfast or you skipped it?

Riddhima: It’s none of your concern actually.  But for you kind information I never miss my breakfast.

Vansh/Vihaan:I actually heard that many girls are doing diet now a days so that they lose weight.

Riddhima : They do but it doesn’t mean I will do too. I love myself the way I am.

Vansh/Vihaan(murmurs) : That’s why you are so special.

Riddhima :  You know Vihaan,  you have got a talent in diverting topics. But you forgot that it’s not so easy to fool me. So just tell me why both were laughing and stopped seeing me coming.

Vansh/Vihaan:We were just talking about Angry bird. I was telling some jokes about angry bird but we stopped laughing seeing you cuz we thought you would scold us like a strict teacher.

Riddhima : Wow! That’s great. Let me also hear the jokes.

Vansh/Vihaan:I forgot the joke which I was telling then.  Let me remember it.

Riddhima:  You should take almonds with milk. It may come in help.

Vansh/Vihaan: Haha! Should I laugh or should take it as insult? Wait a minute.  Why are you being so eager to know about my  conversation with Sejal? Don’t tell me that you are jealous seeing us together.

Riddhima: Me? And jealous?! Whatever!

Vansh/Vihaan: Do you always have to say ‘Whatever’!

Riddhima: And do you always have to say ‘Am I right or am I right?’?

Vansh/Vihaan: Interesting very interesting.

Riddhima: Oh! I forgot to include this.

Vansh/Vihaan: So, I have two signature dialogue.

Riddhima :So what? Your two is equal to my one.

Sejal: Ufff! My ears started bleeding. You both are fighting like children. Even children are better than you guys. They reconcile after sometime.

Riddhima : I just asked a simple question whose simple answer couldn’t be given by him.

Vansh/Vihaan: I gave a simple answer, right Seju? But the problem is Miss Whatever has a habit of turning simple things into complex one.

Riddhima : Seju?

Vansh/Vihaan: She is my friend. I will call her whatever I want. Sejal doesn’t have any problem with this, right Seju? If you were not so rude, I would have called Ridhu.

Riddhima : Don’t even dare.

Vansh/Vihaan: Very soon you yourself will ask me to call you Ridhu.

Riddhima: I won’t.

Vansh/Vihaan: You said you would never be friends with me but still we became friends, right?

Riddhima: It was unintentional and accidental.

Vansh/Vihaan : It was destined.

Riddhima: Who the hell believes in destiny!

Vansh/Vihaan: I do.

Riddhima: Only those who can’t do anything by themselves depend on destiny.

Vansh/Vihaan: Very soon you will be forced to believe in destiny.

Riddhima : I don’t think so.

Vansh/Vihaan: But I do

Riddhima : Your thinki-

Sejal: Hey bhagwan! Mujhe uthalo. Is duniya koi mera apna nahi hai. Agar koi apna hota to jan lene ke liye peeche nahi pada hota.

Riddhima: What is this melodrama now?

Sejal: If I am doing melodrama now then what were you guys doing so long? Don’t tell me that two lovers were quarreling.

Riddhima : What the hell! I will see you at night. Now I can’t stay even for a moment(saying this she lefts from there).

Vansh/ Vihaan( in mind): I love you Sejal, my lovely sister. I wanna hug you now.

Sejal: Wanna hug me now?

Vansh/Vihaan: How did you find out?

Sejal: Just the way you found out mine. Am I right or am I right?

Vansh/Vihaan: You are absolutely right.

Sejal: I also know your real name is not Vihaan.

Vansh/Vihaan: You are right this time also. My name is-

Sejal: Don’t make the mistake of telling me. I talk while sleeping. She may realize the truth.

Vansh/Vihaan : Ok I won’t tell. But at least tell me how did you find out my name is not ‘Vihaan’?

Sejal: I may look sweet but I am not fool that I won’t find out the truth. I saw you talking last day on phone that you can’t talk about the deal now as someone might hear you and your identity might be revealed.

Vansh/Vihaan: Now I have to be more careful. Thank god! It was just you not that Angry bird.

Sejal: One more thing I know you like her. Don’t worry no one will ever know it as I have locked this secret in my heart.

Vansh/ Vihaan : Thanks my cute little sister. But now your duties increases. You need to tell me her likes and dislikes now.

Sejal: I won’t (gives a wink). You need to prove yourself that you are the best for my Ridhu. Ridhu is my one and only family. I know you are the only one who can bring smile on her face. She may seem strong from outside but is broken from inside.

Vansh/Vihaan: Don’t worry I will soon bring a change in her.

Suddenly a notification comes in Sejal’s phone.

Sejal(looking at the phone): Oh my god! Your angry bird is gonna kill me. She is sending me threats. See the message.

(Forgetting our unique relation, you gave me betrayal. Come in 2 minutes. Otherwise I will forget there was someone named Sejal.)

Vansh/Vihaan: Oh! So Miss Whatever is in a mood to poetry.

Sejal: I gotta go now. If I don’t go now then you will find me in tomorrow’s newspaper.

Vansh/Vihaan : Go now! Angry bird can’t manage without you.

Sejal lefts from there and Vansh texts Angre that he shouldn’t call him while he is in the university as one person found about his fake identity. It’s there good luck that she won’t reveal the identity.
