Destiny Has It – Chapter 17

Author’s note : Guys I am back again with a new update. This episode is dedicated to the one because of whom I started writing this ff, my mentor,my buddy, my pal Denza. Those who have thought that Sejal will ask something big from Riddhima, their guess turned out to be wrong😅😅. I did it intentionally 😅🤭Now let’s proceed towards the story.

Sejal: You know there is a person named AA in the comment section who is my bestie. She has been on gayab mode for many days. Seeing her on gayab mode, TSA, my another friend decided that she will not comment until AA comes. So I have decided that I will not also comment.

Riddhima:Why do you need my help?

Sejal: Whenever the written update is published, I can’t resist myself. I comment from my registered account. I wii you tell you the password and you will change it and no matter what happens you will not tell me until AA comes.

Riddhima(in mind): She doesn’t know that AA is our childhood friend. I can’t tell her as AA has forbidden me.

Riddhima: What is your password?

Sejal: The password of my registered account is ‘RianshKeBeechMeinJoBhiAyegaWohMittiMeinMilJayega’

Riddhima: Isn’t the password too small?

Sejal: Really? Next time I will keep a longer password than this one.

Riddhima: Don’t you ever forget this password?

Sejal: It’s not possible for me to forget anything about Riansh? I am telling you the password of my email also. Change it also.  It’s ‘TRPNahiBadhiToSabKuchRakhKarDungi’

Riddhima: Anything else other than this?

Sejal: Today is my bestie Denza’s birthday. I have written a message for her. Have a look at this message. I am not still sure if the message is still okay or not.

Riddhima: Show me.

Sejal: Okay!

Riddhima: Wait a minute.

Sejal: What?

Riddhima: What is SaSha, PreeTaj, ShiFa, SaStha?

Sejal: Ohh! They are my friends. I have combined their names to save time and energy.

Riddhima: What kind of friend you are? You are being lazy to write their name. I wonder how they tolerate you.

Sejal: They tolerate me just like the way you are doing for so many years.

Riddhima: Seju, I want to say something.  I am going to Switzerland tomorrow for a business trip . Would you like to go on a trip or would like to stay here?

Sejal: Ridhu, I would like to stay here. But what will I answer when others will ask about your whereabouts?

Riddhima: Tell them that being hurt by Vansh’s deception, Riddhima wanted to spend alone. That’s why she has gone on a solo trip.

Sejal: Is Ayan bhai going with you?

Riddhima: Yes, he is also going. If anyone asks about him, tell him/her that Ayan bhai had got some emergency work. That’s why he left without telling anyone anything.

Sejal: Okay

In hospital

Vansh was thinking about something deeply.

Vansh’s POV :Kabir needs to get well soon. The situation is getting out of control. I hope some miracle happens.  It was both of our mistake to hide the truth. But who knew that the truth will tear our friendship in such a way.  If we had known each other’s truth from before, we would have never such good friends. I guess it was all destiny’s game. He then remembers the time they had first met.

Flashback:

Vansh: Are you from India?

Kabir: I am from India but I have been brought up in Australia.

Vansh: That’s great.

Kabir: It’s feels so good to meet a people from own country.

Vansh: It’s a great feeling.

2 months later

In these two months, Vansh and Kabir became best friends. They were the modern version of Jai and Veeru. They used to stay in the same hostel. Vansh didn’t mention to Kabir that he is the saon of a mafia neither Kabir mentioned to him that he has connection with the underworld as they both thought it may affect their friendship. Vansh was two years younger than Kabir.

Vansh: Kabutar, your phone is ringing. Answer it.

Kabir: Vansh, how many times should I tell you that don’t call me Kabutar?

Vansh: Woh dost hi kya jo apne dost ko nickname se na bulaye.

Kabir answers the call. It was of his Jaan.

Kabir (over phone): Sorry, Jaan.

Ahana (over phone):  I am angry with you. You didn’t call me in the morning.

Kabir (over phone): I am really sorry.

Ahana (over phone): Because of your newly found best friend, you have forgotten me.

Kabir (over phone) : No, sweetheart. It’s nothing like that. It’s just that I was quiet busy.

Ahana (over phone) : Yesterday there was a match between Australia and New Zealand. You didn’t even call me to ask for my BP.

Kabir (over phone) : Sweetheart, I went to a birthday party yesterday. I came to the hostel late.

Ahana (over phone): Forget all of this. Tell me how your course is going.

Kabir (over phone):It’s going great.

Ahana (over phone): Ahhhhhh!

Kabir (over phone): What happened?

Ahana (over phone): That Sejal is irritating me. I gave to go on devil mode now. Talk to you later.

Kabir (over phone):  Okay! Bye. Take care of yourself and  Golu.

Ahana (over phone) : Bye!

Kabir then ends the call.

Vansh: Did Kabutar’s sweetheart scold him?

Kabir: If my sweetheart comes to know that anyone other than her brothers called her sweetheart then she will probably kill you. She can’t tolerate anything about KSMS

Vansh:  What should I call when you didn’t even tell me her name?  Shall I call her Kabutar ki jaan? God knows even I will get a glimpse of her let alone her name. By the way, what is KSMS?

Kabir: K stands for my name,  S stands for Shakib Al Hasan, M stands for Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Steve Smith. If my sister comes to know that a person is making fun of her brother then she would probably kill you. None of my friend has seen her till now. She doesn’t like meeting people. And she has forbidden me to tell her name to anyone. I can’t break my sweetheart’s heart.

Vansh: You can’t break your sweetheart’s heart but you can break your best friend’s heart. Kalyug hai bhai kalyug.

Kabir: Vansh, if you don’t stop your melodrama now, I will tell everyone that your nickname is Vanshu.

Vansh: If you tell them that my nickname is Vanshu then I will also tell them that your name is Kabutar. A nickname for a nickname (gives a wink)

Kabir: Earlier I used to blackmail everyone. Now someone is blackmailing me.

Vansh: Kabutar,  this is called punishment of nature.  I was thinking one thing.

Kabir: What?

Vansh: What do you write in the diary all the time?

Kabir: This is my 9th diary. I write about some memories which I want to keep fresh forever.

Vansh: You are keeping this memories confined to yourself only. I think I should make a plan with your stranger sisters to read the diary.

Kabir: Until I am alive, I won’t let anyone read my diary.

Vansh: One day I will read it in front of you.

Kabir: That day will never come. 

Vansh: It will come.

(Flashback ends)

Vansh comes back to the reality hearing the ringtone of his phone. He picks up the call.

Vansh (over phone): What?! Don’t tell me you are not lying.

Precap: ‘I know who is AR’

‘Now the real game will  begin when I will implement my plan.’

Author’s note :  This is the longest episode I have written till now. This episode is the compensation for my delay. Last episode had RidhBir and SejBir moments and this episode had KaVa moments.
