He wrapped his arms around her neck and asked “My Shaitaan Chuhiya is feeling hungry ?” with a smile playing on his lips. She was too shocked to react to anything. She knew he was flirting with her but how could she say something, she was feeling an obnoxious sensation inside her. It seemed that all the butterflies around the earth have happened to be in her stomach right now. All she could do was stare at him and the smile, which has now been frequently placed on him every time.

He saw her staring at him with those coca brown eyes which were opened wide enough to swallow something big. He could see his reflection in her eyes which he always longed for. And then he understand the reason behind those bulging eyes. He was standing close to her, very close. He quickly folded his hands at the back and took a step back.

Shivaay mentally smiled seeing her shocked state. He took out his cell and clicked a picture of her. “Tit for Tat.” He spoke. “This is wrong !!” She said trying to snatch the phone. “Shaitaan Chuhiya why are you trying to be romantic ?” He asked mischievously, raising his eyebrows. “Wh..what ?” She stammered. “Ohho, haven’t you watched movies. If a hero takes something from the heroine, she try to take it back. In this process they both come very close.” He said coming closer to her. “Like this and then they fall on the bed !!” He went more closer when she folded her hands “Okay, okay I understood. I am sorry. I didn’t did it deliberately.” She said. “Aur Mujhe laga tumhe mujhse ishq ho gaya. ( I thought you fell in love with me.)” She now stood rooted to her place and then went to the kitchen fastly, touched her cheeks and found it hot. She couldn’t believe herself, she was blushing !

He also came from behind and asked  “So what do you want to eat ?” “Aloo Puri !” She replied hands still on her cheeks. “What is that ? I don’t know how to make.” He said. “Well then I will teach.” She became the teacher.

She explained the whole recepi to him. Both began working with their respective jobs. Anika was cutting the vegetables. Her hair were disturbing her. He saw this and came from behind and gently took all her hair from the behind of her ear and held it. She smiled. She didn’t wanted to show that she was hell nervous ! She started chopping the vegetables carelessly when he saw that her finger was on the way to be chopped. He jerked her hand and his finger got chopped. Blood oozed out like anything. “Oh my god, Billu ji !! What have you done. Are you nuts or what. Like totally crazy. Stupid ! See how much cut it has caused and Gosh, see the blood.” She was scolding and scolding and then made him sit in the bed. She took the antiseptic. “See it will pain, be strong..okay ?” He smiled like anything. “Don’t smile like this. So much blood is flowing. If something happens then toh you behave like a baby, eating 8 tablets and here you are laughing !” She once again chided. “This time you are here to take care of me no,” he said maintaining the grin. She shaked her head in disbelief. Then closed her eyes and applied the ointment. Once the ointment was placed she blowed over the cut. “Its only a cut Shaitaan Chuhiya !!” He said trying to make her understand. “Now you will not do any work.” She said ignoring his question.

Anika was working now with full dedication and at times murmuring, “What was the need to save me, he is really a billu ji !” She didn’t saw that the food was ready in the microwave. He saw and tried calling her but she was in her own world. He went and was going to take out the dish when she saw him and stopped him. “Billu ji, why did you came here, you haven’t wore the gloves, let me take out !” As the hot skin of the microwave touched her she winced in pain.

He instantly took her hands on his already injured hands. “You were scolding me, what about you ? You also haven’t wore the gloves. Careless creature !” He too began scolding her. “Now let me call the doctor.” He said. She tried protesting. “Hello Doctor, well there is a girl.” He eyed her. “She has burned her hands. What should we do.”
“Okay thank you, doctor” He was going to cut the call when she snatched the phone and told him about his condition. “Thank you doctor.” She said with a satisfactory smile.

“Doctor has said not to bend your hand, stain will be more!!” Both said at once and then giggled. “So how are we gonna eat the food. We did a lot to make it and now we cannot eat it.” Anika said being sad.

“Well I have an idea we can feed each other, then our hands will be straight. What say ?” Shivaay said casually as he began doing gymnastics in his heart. “Okay then !” She said not being able to get any idea, feeling really hungry.

She took a morsel and placed in her mouth. He ate it delightfully savouring the food as well as her fingers. She didn’t spoke anything, thou a pandemonium was created within her. He also made her eat. She took it gently like a good kiddo. “My baby” he said to himself.

After a lot of argument it was decided that Anika was going to sleep on the couch and Shivaay on the bed. Both slept feeling content inside his heart.

The moon descended and sun replaced it. He woke up first and went towards the couch. “Morning beauty !” He exclaimed and kissed her forehead and then her burned hand. He was going towards the washroom when she woke up. She instantly went towards him and said “Billu ji, let me please go first. I have to go to the cafe.” “No, I woke up first I will !” He was adamant. “Please !!” She spoke with such cuteness that he was at the line of melting. “No you don’t have to lose, you have a deal today and its already late.” He thought. He kissed her cheeks and went towards the washroom as fast as his legs could take.

She kept her hands on the cheek and was going to collapse when he held her from behind. “Oh my god, of you will be collapsing like this then what will happen in future.” He said and went to the washroom. She didn’t understood the hidden message and cried “Billu ji” and then let out smile remembering the kiss.

He peeped outside from the washroom after bathing and saw that she was not there. “Maybe she has gone to some other room.” He came out in a towel.

Anika was busy catching the ant which was disturbing her when she was seeing her Facebook. She was behind the couch and then catched her and threw it far. She dusted her hands and praised herself mentally. She stood up from behind and what she saw made all the words ditch for the author too. She could only say “Billu ji !”
