The episode begins with Jaydeep asking Sakshi if she knows Alisha’s real intentions. Sakshi informs Jaydeep that Dev and Alisha are in love and that Dev has always wanted to marry Alisha. She emphasizes that Dev doesn’t love her. However, Jaydeep argues that Alisha isn’t suitable for Dev. Sakshi counters by reminding him that Mannat humiliated their family in front of society, making Mannat unsuitable as well. Jaydeep tells Sakshi that the truth has come out, but Sakshi refuses to accept Mannat and demands Jaydeep stop siding with her because she will never accept Mannat as her daughter-in-law.
Sakshi vents to Babita, complaining that Alisha and her father have been a source of constant irritation. Babita agrees and remarks that Mannat has “won” this time because of Dev, but Sakshi insists that Alisha, despite her wrong approach, could easily win Dev’s heart. Dev then approaches Sakshi to discuss Alisha. Sakshi accuses Alisha of wronging both him and Mannat.
Dev confronts Sakshi about allowing Mannat to stay, claiming that her presence has emboldened Mannat. He urges Sakshi to accept Mannat, arguing that Mannat respects her deeply and deserves a chance. Sakshi becomes upset and gets a headache, prompting Dev to calm her down. Mannat arrives to meet Sakshi, but Babita angrily scolds her. Despite the hostility, Mannat sits by Sakshi’s side and tries to convince her. She reminds Sakshi of how she treated her kindly during her childhood, asking Sakshi to see her as that same girl again. Sakshi gets emotional, with tears in her eyes, but firmly tells Mannat and Dev to stop pressuring her because she is still hurt by Mannat. Dev wants to say more, but Mannat stops him and assures him that she will convince Sakshi one day.
Jaydeep later apologizes to Mannat, admitting that he misunderstood her and treated her poorly. Mannat tells him that his support has always been important to her. Jaydeep praises her bravery and expresses pride in her. He acknowledges her as both his best friend’s daughter and Dev’s wife. Mannat thanks him for his kind words and promises to uphold his trust. She tells Jaydeep how much Dev supports her, which makes her happy. Jaydeep says he’s proud of Dev for becoming more responsible. He advises Mannat never to hide anything from him and always to keep his head held high. Mannat promises and takes his blessings.
Mannat reflects on her father’s wise decisions for her. While in her room, she finds a gift from Dev. Opening it, she discovers a bracelet. As she struggles to put it on, Dev steps in to help, creating a tender moment between them. Mannat apologizes for previously rejecting his gift. Dev feels hopeful that Mannat is returning to herself, but his mind is still preoccupied with the lingering threat. He suspects that the mysterious Mr. X is someone else and resolves to uncover the truth.
