The Episode starts with Dev asking Mannat to return his diary, but Mannat expresses interest in hearing a poem from his collection. Though hesitant, Dev eventually agrees. As he recites a heartfelt and romantic poem, Mannat secretly records it. She is captivated by his talent and compliments him, questioning why he keeps his poetry hidden from others. Mannat encourages Dev to consider publishing his work, and he reluctantly agrees. Suddenly, a spider lands on Dev’s hand, and he becomes visibly frightened, pleading with Mannat for help. Mannat assists him, remembering how she had slapped him previously for a similar gesture. This time, however, she laughs at his fear and teases him. Embarrassed, Dev asks her not to share the incident with anyone since they are now friends. Mannat mischievously pretends there’s another spider on his back, making Dev panic and flail his shawl in a frenzy.
Elsewhere, Sakshi suffers from a severe headache and searches frantically for her medicine, but it is nowhere to be found. Frustrated, she asks Mohan to contact Babita, who knows where the medicine is, only to discover Babita is not at home. Mannat offers to help and urges Sakshi to stay calm, but Sakshi coldly rejects her assistance, making her disdain for Mannat clear. Despite this, Mannat takes it upon herself to call a doctor, who advises administering the medicine three times daily with care. Alisha, feeling envious of the doctor’s reliance on Mannat, notices Mannat’s slippers outside the room and devises a plan. She puts on Mannat’s slippers, swaps Sakshi’s medicine with a powder, and deliberately spills it on the floor, stepping on it with the slippers to make it appear as if Mannat caused the mess.
Jaideep later arrives to check on Sakshi and notices the spilled medicine on the floor. When he questions Sakshi, she accuses Mannat of discarding her medicine. Determined to prove Mannat at fault, Sakshi demands a replacement. Mannat rushes in with a packet of the powder to stop Sakshi, but by then, Sakshi has already consumed it. Furious, Sakshi accuses Mannat of tampering with her medicine, further escalating the tension.

Mannat scolds Alisha for changing the medicine. Alisha denies it and says I m going to Dev. Mannat stops her and asks her to say the truth to everyone. Dev comes. Alisha acts and frames Mannat.
