The Episode starts with Salim talking to Maanbai. He asks Maanbai to respect Anarkali, she is his would be wife. He calls Akbar selfish to always think of himself. Maanbai asks him to talk to Akbar and apologize. Salim taunts him for not being a royal blood. He says Bhagwandas has adopted you, you aren’t his son. Maanbai gets angry. Salim says think of Anarkali’s sufferings. Maanbai says I thought you will understand me, if I was in your place, I would have left love for my father’s command. Salim says so you are not in my place, Lord gives this gift to few people who value love. He asks him to go and tell Akbar that he won’t agree.
Salim comes to Anarkali and tells about Maan Singh’s deal. Anarkali says the deal wasn’t good. Salim says I think you don’t care, I thought you will change. Anarkali says I m a dancer, you can put a price tag on me, else I will do it. He asks what are you saying, I want my Anarkali back, who had innocence and love. Maanbai asks Akbar to forgive Salim. Akbar says I have forgiven Salim, else Salim would have not been alive to rebel, but a king can’t forgive him. Maanbai asks him to give a chance to Salim. Salim burns his hand. Anarkali stops him and says send me back to Agra, my love has divided you and Akbar, I can’t let the country get divided, apologize to Akbar. She insists. He says you aren’t any thing, you are my love, you are mine, you won’t talk of separation ever, you are my life. They cry. He hugs him.
Rukaiya plays Sitar. Maanbai comes there and asks what are you doing. Rukaiya says relations are also like such strings. She gets hurt by the string. She asks Maanbai to support Salim when Anarkali dies. Maanbai says I will kill Anarkali before the battle begins, I know what to do next. Anarkali is sleeping. Salim finds her troubled by sunlight and obstructs that. She wakes up and says I m happy that you are back. He asks why do you look upset. She says a lot of happened in your absence. He says you aren’t happy, I will try to bring happiness. He hugs her. She says Jhillan is in prison, Husna’s life is also in danger. He asks do you trust me. She says yes. He says I won’t let anything happen to you, did you forgive me. She says you are my life. He says this pain made you strong, you had beauty before and now courage, I m proud of you. He hears some sound and goes to see. He sees all the guards gone. He shouts to them. Anarkali gets shocked seeing the attackers. She shouts to Salim. Maanbai comes here. Salim sees Anarkali gone. He gets worried.
