Everyone turns to see Rudra eyeing on Ranveer.
“He has a good physique than mine…” he nearly screams.. and sheds crocodile tears
Ranveer holds his injury and laughs…
“Priyanka has told me about you.. i’ve heard you spend more time in gym.. do let me practise with you after marriage” he said.
Prinku’s eyes went all bulged out.. gulping in so fast.. her fingers started shaking in nervousness…
“Bhaiya…” she starts
All three dropped their head down.
“We know… we got to know.. we are sorry… we shouldn’t have entered your privacy.. but i just wanted you to be fine… but you could have told us.. im.. im… extremely so” shivaay tries to say.
She runs and hugs shivaay.
“Thankyou Bhaiya.. and im sorry i should have told you about Ranveer.. he is really a good guy bhaiya, he takes care of me, he makes me feel comfortable, i feel safe around him” she says without her voice getting stuck anywhere.
Om looked at her all proud.. went near her.. stroke her hair.. “you are no more getting stuck prinku.. and if Ranveer is the reason behind it.. we are perfectly alright with him” he joins in the hug.
“My gym has a space for you to workout.. he says looking at Ranveer and runs to grab his share of the group hug”
Leaving priyanka with ranveer, all returned back home.
Rudra was listening to songs on his headphones. Sowmya comes in knocking the door.
He doesnt hear it. She clears her throat and calls out his name. Still no response. Coincidentally His song comes to an end, Getting out of control she shouts “Arey.. Deaf singh oberoi. I know you cant hear me now..do you know that you stink? You are a coward. You are such a cry baby.. you know nothing but to cry. You are such a…” she says and he turns around all angry.
“I can hear you” rudra screams along with her.
“Oh! She gulps in.
“What do you want?” He sighs.
“I need your charger. Mine’s lost.” She says not looking at him.
“Nothing of my stuff will leave the room. Already i lent you my room which i terribly regret now” he groans.
“Fine ill sit here till it gets charged” she sighs and goes to the outlet just behind him.
After some time Reshma enters his room.
“Rudra darling.. haii… I was out of town for a while. Stella told me that you mentioned me in love angel’s show.. how sweet of you my love..” she says sits beside him pinching his cheeks.
All irritated sowmya gives her an eye and sits biting her teeth.
Noticing sowmya getting irritated.. Rudra continues.. “yeahh Reshma. I really missed you. How come you left me behind when you went to paris.?? I could have accompanied you. He whined.
Sowmya was getting on her nerves.. still controlling herself.
Half an hour later Reshma took off.
Rudra put on his headsets and started to hear songs again.
Sowmya pushed some salt water out of her eyes and wiping em.. she spoke at a lower tone “i feel like kicking that Reshma. Dont you know what i feel, till when are you gonna fake yourself as a playboy..okay i lied to you. Why are you punishing me for so long. I know we are friends but i dont feel that anymore. You are just being formal to me. I feel all lonely now. Wish mama papa was here with me..” she said and sobbed.
“I wish you knew i love you” she adds and cries.
He knew she would definetely speak when he wears his headset. He thought she’ll curse him from behind. So he had switched of the sound to hear her speak. But what he just heard was shocking to him. Not turning to her side, he sat in awe digesting what she just said.
“Pinky maa, shall i help you?” Gauri came in smiling wide.
“Hey… ill cook. I will never burden you guys. I was cooking till my boy got married. He is a better cook than me tho (sighs) but i will never let my bahu cook. You should know no pain in this house. Im your maa right? So you shall be fed only what your mom cooks,” she nearly orders.
“What’s a burden when you cook for a family” she smiles as she pulls the vegetable cutting board and starts cutting.
Pinky gently strokes gauri’s hair.. “oberoi family has got the best bahus. We are so lucky” she said as tears started to peep her eyes
Jhanvi enters..
“Chulbul was not a friend to Om but indeed a life changer. When Om lost all his ideas on love and humanity because of ridhimma and his father, i really missed my old son. It was you chulbul bahu..(she giggles) who brought light to his life.
Still after knowing your identity he didnt hate you.. he sent you out of the house.. he never sent you out of his heart. Believe me.. he started loving you from then. He just needed time to fully recognise his love by himself” she says and kisses gauri’s forehead.
“Hey.. i heard my name coming up” om comes hopping in, in his usual white kurta.
He picks up a carrot and starts biting it. Pinky hits him and pulls the carrot out.
“We were just talking how idiot you are” pinky faked a irritated voice.
“Choti maa” he whines. Everyone laughs.
It’s dark by then.
Anika and chandha comes out of their office. Sees shivaay leaning on the car engine and counting the stars.
Giggling.. both Anika and chandha goes towards him.
“So can i take my wife away from you now?” He asks chandha as he swoops anika up.
“Arey.. leave me down.. anika flaps her hand and legs. He places her on the engine.
Giggling even louder “Take away your wife before my ears drop blood. She kept talking about you the whole time. What magic did you cast on her?” Chandha asked.
Shivaay turned to anika and winked at her.
“So who are you mummbling about chandha?” he asked her. Chandha spoke nothing.
“About that shivay… I will ask you something. Will you do that for me?” Anika asked.
Confused.. he looks simultaneously at anika and chandha.
Gulps in.. “yeah.. go on. Ask.” He says.
“Tell me you’ll definitely do it. But what i am gonna ask you.. you’ll definitely regret later.” She said controling her smile.
Given a huge built-up, shivaay still agrees to do whatever she was gonna say.
Pulling his ears she whispered “Chandha is checking out khanna. Why dont you talk to khanna about it” anika asks.
Shivaay had a terror look. Anika still controlls her laughter.
Please do it. I even decided their shipname. Chandha+khanna= Channa. You said you will definitely do it? ” she again reminded his words.
Giving anika and chandha an eye..
“Errr… khanna” he called out.
“YES SIR !!” he said nearly like an army man.
“Can you.. er… can you…” he stumbled. Anika almost lost her control over her laughter.
“Can you run to the nearby shop and buy me some water” he stammered all embarrassed.
Anika started laughing.
Chandha looked angry.
“Here you go..”you win” chandha sighed giving Anika a 1000 Rupee note.
Poor shivaay didnt know what was happening. “Dont worry Mr. Shivaay singh oberoi. We had a bet. I won !!!” Anika screams.
“Chandha told me that you are not scared for everything. I told her that there are certain stuff you are scared about. You scared on your own security bahahahah.. So she lost, and i won” she said.
Anika took off Waving a Bye to Chandha. Anika kept laughing till they reached Oberoi mansion.
Once they enetered their room, Shivaay pinned anika to a wall.
“Why dont we both have a bet? He asked her. Winking at him…” Sure. Get ready to lose. I always win bets. Anika never loses a bet. Bets are Anika-friendly..” she keeps speaking.
He places his finger on Anika’s lips. Just tell me what should we bet on.
Thinking for a second. “Hand wrestling”. Anika shouts.
Shivaay smirks. (Shivaay is so good at it, if only she knew that. )
What if you fail..what do i get as a reward? He asks.
“I never lose” she says proudly.
“If? If you lose ? He asks firmly.
“If i lose, your wish.. you can ask me to do anything” she says it in overconfidence.Â
They start wrestling. As expected, Anika loses. All shocked she looks at Shivaay.
“So.. now for my reward!” He smirks even more.
Annoyed as she still doesnt accept herself losing.. “hmm” she hummed turning her back to him.
“I’ll kiss you and you shouldnt run away like always” he orders.
Anika stood all stupified hearing it. She heard him nearing her.
He slid his hand infront and held her wrist. He locked her within his hands from behind.
Moving away her hair stands over her shoulder. He placed a gentle kiss on her neck. She tightens her hold onto him. She tried to leave.
“Cheating” he whispers and Pulls her close again.
Kisses her forehead. She closes her eyes feels his lips. He Tilts his head and places a kiss on her left cheek.
She shows her right cheek to him and smiles. He smirks. Kisses it.
He Gently raises her head by elevating her chin. He nears her lips. She breathed heavily.
Smiling like a kid, he bends down and gently carries her like a baby.
Her arms wrapped around his neck she kept staring at him, into his eyes.
He drops her softly on the bed. Takes the nearby pillow and duvet. Goes to the couch, his hand covering his face, he appers to sleep.
Anika tried to speak. Closed her mouth. Yet again she wanted to ask him.. not knowing how to ask.. she kept waving her hands in the air.
“That’s… that’s.. that’s it? She finally asks.
Hiding a smile, “Nope. Not yet. Im tired. Let us continue tomorrow. Remember.. my reward is still remaining” he says and turned over to sleep.
She blushed. And made herself comfortable to sleep.
“No more Channa business,okay” he said after a long pause.
She giggled silently.
“It’s charged” Sowmya says and passed him to go out.
He holds her hand from behind.
“You can come here anytime to charge your phone. Or even you can take stuffs out of my room. Cause you are my friend. What are friends for then. Dont forget.. i am gonna be your very best friend you’ve ever had. You will never feel lonely.. Do share anything with me.. ” he said with a smile.
She smiled back and left the room.
“Why did he keep saying FRIENDS? It was so obvious, He stressed the word everytime he said it. Or… DID HE HEAR ME? I said he was acting weirdly formal.. that i feel he is a friend no more… and.. and..He wont let me feel LONELY?”
MY GOODNESS, HE HEARD ME !!!
