He pretends to be concerned for Tullu, and persuades her to speak to him about reconsidering the contract with Mr.Kapoor.
Pampi summons her colleagues to the office at night and begins making arrangement for the concert.
The next morning, Tullu becomes surprised on seeing his employees in the office.
Tullu reconsiders his contract with Mr.Kapoor, and thanks Shanaaya for the same.
Pampi becomes depressed as Tullu rebukes her.
