New Beginnings
“Crunch, crunch, crunch” The sound of leaves under Karan’s feet was the only sound Sarab heard as he waited with bated breath for Karan’s reaction. “Yayyyyyyy” Karan yelled happily. Hearing Karan’s joyful glee Sarab opened his eyes which he closed instinctively while praying to God, only to be met with Karan jumping at Sarab happily. Grabbing Karan the impact had Sarab fall on his back with Karan hugging him happily yelling. “Yayyy Papa, I’m the only Koyal, this is just like my fairytales, I always wanted to have a special event like this in my life. It’s just like how it happens in my books Papa, I can’t wait to go home and tell Param and Seher. Wait, will they be sad to hear this Papa, I don’t want them to think their not special too” asked Karan suddenly quiet? Sarab held Karan close and closed his eyes to thank God, tears fell from his eyes and he could finally breath again. Sarab was grateful that the truth he just revealed to Karan didnt deviate him from the family. Sarab believed his and Meher’s upbringing but he was still nervous of a small child’s reaction to this matter. And thankfully Karan had not been any different now than he was before, he still ran to Sarab hugging him tight and he still thought of his siblings getting hurt instead of being hurt himself. Many people had told Sarab that Karan is a reflection of him and it was times like these that Sarab saw that and was prouder than ever. “They won’t be sad” said Sarab kissing Karan, “just like how your happy in their happiness, they will be more happier than you. You, Param, and Seher are all very special for Meher mama and me, never forget that Karan, Mama and Papa love you three very very much, more than themselves”. Karan nodded as Sarab stood up and held his hand to continue walking. As Sarab and Karan walked through the woods, Sarab explained to Karan slowly about Manav and their relationship. Sarab explained to Karan that Manav was who Meher mama had first met and both of them had moved on in their lives. Sarab wanted Karan to know that’s some relationships don’t work out the first time and that’s okay. He didnt want Karan to have any sort of bitterness towards anyone and as he grows up Sarab wanted Karan to embrace different relationships. As Sarab was explaining Karan slowly lost interest, Sarab was his father and that’s all that mattered to him, bored from Sarab’s talks Karan was now more intrigued by the small candy shop at the corner of the street and pointed at it as he pulled Sarab towards the shop. They had walked out past the woods and now walked in the sun as it shined down on the father and son.
Meher glanced at her watch and waited for Sarabjeetji and Karan. Param and Seher ran around the farm happily picking fruit and running to Meher to place in the basket she held. “Meher mama look we got such red strawberries” Param smiled as he showed Meher proudly. “Good job puttarji” Meher replied half lost. “Now when Papa and Karan come we can go pick the apples” said Param. “Karan will pick the apples, that too sitting on Papa’s shoulder. Right mama” asked Seher as she and Param laughed. “Right” said Meher. Meher smiled as she remembered Karan sitting on Sarab’s shoulder. Karan really was Sarab’s bandru, while Sarab held Param and Seher, Karan always liked sitting on Sarab’s shoulder Karan claimed he could see the world from up there and Sarab also enjoyed it. Meher had asked Sarab to not keep Karan there because he was getting older and heavier and the weight on Sarab’s shoulder could hurt him only to be told “Meherji, this Jatt can always carry his kids no matter how old or heavy they get. They will never be too old or too heavy for me, and Karan is my Bandru, where else is a Bandru suppose to sit. In fact Bandriji, I will always be happy to carry you too” hearing Param and Seher laughing brought Meher out of her thoughts. “Mama” yelled Karan as he and Sarab ran towards them. Meher turned around and was relieved to see the two. Karan was clearly happy as he ran to Meher first then to Param and Seher. Hugging the two he excitedly shared what Sarab had told him. Meher smiled as she heard Karan happily telling his siblings without being the slightest affected. Meher thanked God and hugged Sarab. Both Meher and Sarab could breath a sigh of relief, now there was nothing that could affect their family or their bond. The family spent the rest of the morning picking fruit and eating breakfast at the farm before they headed into town.

My apologies to the loyal readers for this short abrupt chapter however I just had no inspiration for the future story as all I can see is the current actress in all her childish and selfish glory. Now my vision of Meher and her great character (which I really loved at one point) has been tainted by the ongoing actress and her antics. I didn’t know how to proceed and this was how far I had written till last week, which is also why it took me so long to write. Normally I have a story in my mind and then writing it is long and hard nonetheless it flows along. However this time I just didn’t know what to write. Since I had no vision for the story ahead I decided to end this chapter here. Ironically I may have also ended this chapter as abruptly as the original writers but that was never my intent. I apologize to every single reader, I am sorry 🙏🏽
@dropofthought its okay.. an abrupt good ending is way better than a bad one.. Thank you so much fo this update.. loved it.. atleast we have a memory what karans reaction would be had the makers not decided to favour their actress.. And yeah the actress is really annoying and getting on everyone’s nerves I think including Avinesh sir😡

@Dropofthought, first of all thank you for your efforts on bringing karan and Sarab relationship to posetive ending! I felt your struggle in it. I think it is save to say, we all know and understands you how it was difficult for you to get in to stories when the on going story of CS and fl are busy at destroying the memories of the original story. So you did your best and I can’t thank you enough for that.
And as if using the kids weren’t enough.. now they use the last scene of mehrab again to attract audience.. such pathetic people.. they very well know that without showing sarabs face they cannot sustain on TV!!!
Yaa and they are even copying mehrab 1st anniversary song on that dance @Radhika😭😭..Now i want to ask one thing apart from this..where is nimrit’s body double now..no use of it anymore..is she completely fine to shoot all the scenes!!

There is no chance at all for Avinesh, Anita etc to return back. History. What I am surprised about is that the parents of the 3 kid’s have agreed to allow them to carry on acting – do they live next to the drama hall? Surely that cannot carry on much longer.

Hey guys thanks so much for the positive response. Also not sure if its a mistake Ayniji but I’m a guy lol!! You might have been confused as most fan fiction writers are girls but I told you guys that this was my first time and so honestly not sure about my future writing pieces, pehle apni toh kahani tekh se like du, need to focus on work and studies and then we’ll see. Also talking about Nimrit and her promotions while I’m sure she probably enjoys working with the new cast more as she’s surrounded by childish, immature people like herself but she also most likely enjoys being the only one from the old cast. She probably feels a sense of superiority in that way, and the other reason for her promotions are probably just to try to retain as many viewers as she can which is really just children at this point because no adult in their right mind would tolerate her nonsense anymore. She needs to prove that she was able to take the show on ahead as the “responsibility is on her sole shoulders” as she stated in her interview. As little her understanding is, the bigger her ego gets.

Fans want attention without any hardwork and she is giving them..There she gets her supporters backing her..But the main ques lies here is till how long?? Her cheap tactics wouldn’t work after some time and she would have nothing to repent..Now she says log kya bolte h fadak nhi parts..Who knows this Seher character make her one day lose even the recognition of Meher..But whatever she says or does,one thing is definitely evident in everyone’s perspective that she never liked the original cast and was completely uncomfortable with them for the past 2 years..This can’t be denied now!!

I know daily soaps are mostly a girl thing and I will confess my first interest in a show is mostly based on who the female lead is unless its honestly a good show or a comedy one but I want to know how many other guys are here?!

So guys I came across a scene from I don’t know which episode but it shows Seher doing the nazar ritual with Param and Karan and I swear it just looks like it’s Meher with her kids. I chuckled because I was thinking how in the world are people watching this pretending that the actress is now her daughter while she stands in front of her mother, which is her?!! The fact that the pic of Meher and Sarab is in the background doesn’t help. I haven’t seen the episode but I don’t understand why they still need to use that as a backdrop, they couldn’t have done this anywhere else in the house?!
@Dropofthought: Exactly. Interestingly, the two actors playing grown up Param and Karan are not a bad likeness of the kid’s, or at least how they would look like grown up. At least the makers did some homework. The problem is with the actress (Nimrit) playing the grown up Seher – feature wise and personality wise, there is very little resemblance between Nimrit and Kevina. All the makers have done is changed Nimrit’s hairstyle and nothing else and try and convince people she is Seher. Nimrit can change neither her face nor, for sure, her voice, and therefore lack’s serious credibility playing Seher. Just as you say, “Seher” is busy staring at her own photo in the background with her husband Sarab. The other somewhat ridiculous thing is scene’s being shot in “Canada” unconvincingly. At least before Serbia was Serbia! Here “Canada” is Mumbai or wherever. Too much artificiality now.
I didn’t realize they were trying to shoot in Canada because from the pics it literally looks like the same house with different colors. And exactly the makers have barely changed anything about the actress except given her colored contacts. Most actors when portraying a different character in the same show or movie also change their style, voice, manner of speaking along with overall mannerisms but not in this case. This may be why it’s so hard for some people to accept this show. It’s like they’ve asked Nimrit that from now on your not Meher just play yourself on the show. The young Seher had an innocent and touch of mischief which Kevina portrayed so brilliantly with such ease, Nimrit is almost a joke in front of her. Children are mirrors of their parents taking in parts of both, in this case I see absolute no Sarab or Meher, wait she is Meher?! 🤦🏽♂️
True that @dropofthought..The person who at present is going good is the one playing the grown up param but the prob with him is that he is just a bad copy of sarab and nothing more and has no Identity of his own.Karan is the only character in the show which like has literally no character of his own.. Seriously,he has traits of no one not even Manav😂..And as you said Nimrit cannot match the Kevina’s way of portraying seher..i seriously loved seher only during the kashmir track..but later for the leap they made her mahantha ki murat🥱🥱.i still remember that during the last week of mehrab that little 5year kid had asked i also need a husband like my father 🤐..And seher is but Nimrit herself that’s the only main issue.. They should have gone for a new actress!! And the leads..Tbh i haven’t seen acting of varun in insta clips that much so no conclusions but that rajveer aka Mahir Pandhi doesn’t know how to act!Period. He is just a modern day nibba in the show!
And u know what @dropofthought..in that clip seher didn’t have a look at sarab and meher’s picture because if she sees..it would be so cringe that even i can’t believe it..

Nimrit doesnt know to act is the root cause of all problems.. she was supported earlier by a wonderful cast .. so her lack of acting was overlooked and there was no problem for anyone to watch the show .. but now with she being the most senior one apparently the whole show looks worst.. Nimrit doesn’t look great because in per personal pictures too she doesn’t look great.. she wasnt that pretty in her personal pictures… but the character of meher gave a her a pretty look.. and that’s gone in seher..
And our young little seher was so chirpy and bubbly in the Kashmir track when the original story was going on and the actress had not played the dirty politics.. Seher was a reflection of sarab.. she was so cute.. only her short temper matched that of meher rest everything was sarab..
Btw guys as @MD said earlier.. please do visit the Instagram page of @german_chotisarrdaarni_fans.. the page posts daily reviews of the old episodes.. and yesterday the page posted a story that their review holds a statement and I visit back the reviews and yes they are really eyeopeners for everyone to see why nimrit cannot play seher.. and how nimrit changed in the past 2 years..

@Radhika..i think its a strategy coz nimrit is now the only face in CS..And its sure that this music video is gonna be a super hit provided its concept and singer are up the mark! Nimrit might get more famous and that may boost her daily soap in which she is working.. Isn’t it a political strategy to boost trp coz it’s hard to believe that the leads who had a patch up after almost 9 months and had so many issues in 2020 would suddenly agree for a music video. But for whose sake and why??That remains a question!!
Sometimes it may not a boost to cs. Because fans already upset with Avinesh ‘s exit. Otherthing is present male lead’s acting is horible . I think this video is negatively affected to the trp.
@pixelss.. no I think this music video was in planning since a long time.. due to busy shoots and covid it was postponed… it is to highlight Avinesh sir and nimrit as an onscreen pair.. Right now nimrit cannot refuse it because it will prove everyones accusation against her right with proof.. so she is forced to be a part of the video..
And no this will not boost trp because she is paired with Avinesh sir and this pair as in mehrab will be promoted . Their sejraj or whatever will have a down fall.. which is the downfall of the show..

But @Radhika amidst the controversies going on the social media,fans pin pointing nimrit over her actions,her behaviour towards the old cast especially Avinesh,was it the perfect moment for this news rather the collaboration for a music video!!Again there might be such happenings that again the leads aren’t promoting even their music video..Their chemistry looked bleak as compared to the show and god knows what many more!!I just wanted to convey that i personally think that it’s a good idea but it shouldn’t happen so fast..Such happenings should take time especially when the conditions online aren’t that good with respect to the actress and her show!🤔

And guys, when Hitesh Bharadwaj later played Vikram Diwan after Manav, he was at least very convincing. As I recall, Vikram was left handed, had a beard, ate only western food, was more polished being a CBI officer and even had a different accent. Many differences indeed. For a long time, audiences were busy debating ‘is he or is he not Manav’. So, it is possible to play two different characters in the same serial convincingly, and many do. Coming back to Nimrit, apart from her new hairstyle, her portrayal of Seher is exactly like that of Meher, 100%. Worse, as pointed out by others, she even look’s older and more mature than Meher as Seher. As for her acting skills, as pointed out by Radhika, they leave a lot to be desired. Before she had great co actors, now, they are all like junior clerks with her being the senior clerk. No wonder most previous viewers are turned off by her.
True @AJ hitesh as vikram though was annoying to mehrab fans but his acting from that character to manav was class apart👌..He already had a experience of two or three short shows before CS!!
I agree as Radhika mentioned the only reason why previously the show did well is because Nimrit was surrounded by an amazing cast who could act so her flaws were overshadowed by their stellar performance but now it’s not the case. When you have a great co actor your no longer acting but simply reacting to the other. Now Nimrit’s colleague can’t act to save his life and as a result we can really see her flawed acting in light much more easily. Previously Avinesh and Anita ma’am used to act and she was reacting to them, now she’s expected to act which I just don’t see happening. While I really liked Meher, I’m not a fan of Seher or Nimrit at this point. Bahut overacting hain bhai, even her makeup and dressing is too much for me
@Radhika its better that we don’t talk about CS fanpages..They are literally dumb..One moment they would praise mehrab and the other moment Boom here they go by creating a fanpage of sehraj with profile pic of mehrab..What kind of loyalness is this🥱😳.. Talking about the vid ya its correct that they normally have a good onscreen chemistry but they would not be portrayed as Mehrab(or might be who knows).They would be just AviNim but in a song based on (dont know)??And i think it should take time coz nimrit is busy with CS although AV is free and i think AV will not go for his next proj soon until next year but might spend some quality time with his family and friends but who knows he might go for it this year cause of Covid related issues affecting finances of even the rich!!

I said about time because when bith are working in different shows it will not be possible to adjust time for shoot because we all know nimrit is arrogant and not really cooperative..
But Avinesh sir is free.. there is no need of cooperative decision.. anyday she is free from shoot they can shoot.. its easier.. and ofcourse the current CS also will have one day off for all cast I think in a week…and plus now they have bank episodes too i guess.. they were shooting for 1 week before leap..In few days even they will fall short of bank episodes..so I think its better time now than anyother time..
Oh yess.. many fanpages are dalbadloos.. and thats what I said… they are in favour of mehrab/Avinim more than sehraj… when they thought that mehrab is over they switched to sheraj and hyped it.. but now that Avinim is coming back.. they are switching back again.. and therefore less edits of sehraj on IG under hashtag today 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@Radhika: Yes, we watch the German CS Insta. In fact, Nimrit was at her peak in looks etc in 2019 when she started off with Manav as her love interest. In the 2 years since than, she has aged by about 5 years. Things may well be going in the wrong direction. ie, downwards. She distinctly look’s older than all the 4 (5 if you include the guy playing Yuvi) chap’s currently acting with her. Plenty of toyboys for her to play with!

I agree! I swear when that Megha Desai commented for the first time I thought it was Snowflake because she commented right after I responded to Snowflake promoting her FF without getting a reply from Snowflake at all. And ever since then I get is replies from her on my FF clearly who else would be so unhappy with the entire situation. Also the fact that the name is similar to the original MD is weird. And lastly we had one comment from Radhika Desai who turns out to be the sister of Megha Desai, how convenient?! And suspicious to say the least. They should definitely have some sort of a security measure for this. I noticed when I log in and comment as author my symbol is different because I’ve logged in through my work email on my computer but on my phone the symbol is different because I’m using my personal email.

@Radhika – the fake ‘Radhika’ in the daily written update I have just seen – I doubt very much if Snowflake is the culprit as her English is so poor and childish. I think it is the other suspect you mentioned, the “M D”. Yes, things are rather desperate on the daily update – too often there are just 5 or 6 comments, with Snowflake making up a few of those even. Disgusting, whoever faked ‘Radhika’.

Dear Radhika desai, I have no some logo with @MD, but yes i have two logo due to my Email address when I wrote from different divices and not paying attention to emails suggesting since I have some I forget from time to time to chose the one I created for CS.

I actually happened to come across the name “Baci” some months prior. I was only a silent reader. When I finally decided to comment, I just wasn’t able to think of any name. I had forgotten about Baci by then, as in they existed here. Only a faint idea formed in my mind and I came here as Bacii.
