Scene 1
Sandhya says amma you go. No one can live happily with me. Everything is over. She calls doctor.
Harleen cries and says Sarab open the door. He hugs Meher’s dupatta and cries. Harleen says we can’t keep lying to kids. They are waiting for Meher. We have to tell them the truth. Try to understand please. Meher has left us. Sarab says they’re all lying. Sarab looks at Meher’s photo. He says I know Meher ji, wherever you are, you’re fine. My heart says nothing can happen to me. Harleen says kids have right to know that their Meher mama isn’t alive anymore. Sarab opens the door and says you don’t need to tell kids. Meher is alive. Harleen says she’s gone. Sarab says my Meher ji alive.
Harleen comes to the kids and says your Meher mama has gone far away from us. Param says away from Dehli? Karan says why was papa angry? Everyone is crying. Harleen hugs the kids. Seher asks what’s in this pot? Harleen says it has your Meher mama. When someone goes far away. They leave this behind. Kulwant cries.
Scene 2
Kulwant comes home. Yuvi puts a garland on Meher’s photo. Kulwant says what are you doing? He says you wanted her to die. Did you kill her? Bitu shouts what are you saying? Kulwant says he is right. Because of my curses Meher died. I killed her. For 5 years I cursed her. I don’t wanna live.
Harleen asks Robbie how is Sarab? He says Sarab is really shocked. He keeps calling Meher. Sarab calls Meher and says once I talk to you I will tell them I was right. You’re alive. Pick the phone. Param looks at him. Param runs to his room crying. Seher and Karan say please open the door. What happened? What did papa say? Param cries. Seher says please open the door. Karan says papa lost mama somewhere. Seher says really? Karan says papa is scared to tell us. But don’t worry. Last time, I found Meher mama. Seher says how? He brings his story book and says we will go to mountains to find MEher mama.
Sarab looks at Meher’s photos and cries. The song mein phir bhi tumko chahunga. He recalls his moments with Meher looking at their photos. Karan and Seher come to the room. Param slept on the floor crying. Karan says if he gets up we won’t be able to go. Seher says I don’t like him sleeping on the floor like this. They give him a blanket. Karan says let’s go find mama now. They sneak out of the house. Sarab cries and says this isn’t the first time when world tried to part us and this can’t be the last time that I lose hope of meeting you. I know we will be united.
Episode ends.
Precap-Karan and Seher pick the pot and leave. Sarab looks for them. Sandhya is not on her bed. Amma asks where is Sandhya? She’s walking on the road, Karan and Seher are also there. A truck is about to hit her.

So probably mehar will indeed comeback soon… thats what sarabs monologue indicated!!! The way he said bohot jald !!! Also the faith in his love that she is fine!!!Ofcourse that was the best scene of the episode… but the second best scene was definitely harleen hugging karan and sehar!!!
So karans story book becomes the guide again!! But this time he will get the fairy godmother who will make him meet mehar!! Sandhya being the fairy godmother!! Because this time in sarabs search for mehar he is all alone… no police or any agency is gonna help him find a dead person!!! The only other help he might get is from sandhya who is also probably the last person he will take help from!!! But since sandhyas role is a guest role they will definitely show that she is one of the reason through which sarab meets mehar!! How exactly it will be done should wait and watch!!!

Good grief now we’re going to have Karan and Seher lost?! At least it will be a distraction from all the gut wrenching emotions from Sarab!! Hopefully based on the precap, Sandhya will take them back to the Gill mansion. I’m imaging Sarab won’t initally welcome Sandhya with open arms and anticipate him being quite angry with her and rightfully so.
Harleen really needs a dose of empathy. Her expectation for people to move on is one of the most delusional things about her personality! Today’s episode was slower paced from what we’ve seen in the past few days, but not any less heartwrenching!
So many people are living in hope that Meher will be back shortly. I mean, why has CS gone to the extent of showing a very elaborate funeral of ‘Meher’, only for all those who attended the funeral to later on find out that the dead person was not Meher? Or could it be that Meher has indeed died after all. Alternatively, the writers lost patience and could not wait for Nimrit to fully recover from her illness, and thereby decided to ‘kill’ her in the meantime, and will wait for her full recovery and than she simply walk’s into Gill mansion alive and well to everyone’s surprise.
@AJ…sorry to ask but with all due respect, Why are you so hung up on the cremation??? I mean kulwant kaur burnt all mehars photos and said that she is performing last rites of mehar!!! Long back when all thought mehar was dead and sarab killed her in serbia, Kulwant kaur did perform post death rituals at her home for mehar!!! All those didnt affect mehars return later!!! So why would the cremation affect now???
And you say an elaborate cremation?? How was it elaborate??? According to custom the husband and the sons light the pyre… her the kids did not even meet their mother for the last time!! And in which world does an elaborate cremation involve not getting the body home for all loved ones to mourn??? Jaggas body was brought home from death spot , suryaprataps body was brought home!!! All deaths so far have shown that… I WOULD SAY THAT THE CREMATION SCENE WENT WITH LIGHTNING SPEED!!! AND WAS NOT AT ALL ELABORATE!!! if you really think that mehar indeed died, atleast a perfect cremation would have been shown!!! If you notice people didnt even bother to wear mourning clothes during the cremation!!! Ofcourse the cremation was done with so much hurry that they didnt feel like taking mehar to amristar and let her last rites be performed there!! And since yesterday you are quite much worried about the credibility of the funeral!!! 🤯🤯 an unidentifiable body was assumed to be mehar and cremated… how does this affect the credibility of cremation??? Its not that they cremated an alive person!!! The lady was dead!! So the credibility of cremation remains the same… yes but its sad that the relatives of the lady couldn’t perform her last rites!!! But how will that affect mehars comeback???
@Radhika, agreed 💯% with your views above. I wrote yesterday on @AJs view, I pointed if AJ would prefered that Meher stay dead and cremated? AJ even mentioned can’t let go about Manav/Vikaram story and is looking some kind of confort. Just because manav left then show doesn’t mean Meher should do the same.
Probably another week would go without Meher. The makers would first portray the heroic side of Sandhya before her exit from the show. They will obviously try to make her character more meaningful as she is a well known actress in the industry. Besides, a month break would suffice the need of Nimrit’s recovery from whatever health issue she is going through. 30 days is a lot for any recovery (if there are no complications involved). Also, if they exceed beyond this, then there is a high chance that the show will start getting backlash from the viewers and its TRP would be affected. So, we can expect Meher’s entry latest by 12 April.
Great point @ Sanaya about Sandhya! With how much guilt she must have about feeling responsible for Meher’s misfortune, I’m sure she will want to be there for the Gills, especially when it was Meher’s wish. She may get some resitance from Sarab and Harleen at first, but I think she will be present until Meher’s return.
Yes @MD… I hope the makers make sandhyas character a likable and lovable one before her exit from the show!!! Because so far the character has not done anything terrific or extraordinary to be lovable …. since its guest appearance by one of the very popular actresses they will definitely do something to make her character great and supporting sarabs belief that mehar is alive is the only way i guess!! Though she will have resistance from sarab , she will somehow find a way i guess… but what will be kks attitude towarda her??
Sanaya Agnihotri: And there lies the problem – the writers of CS cannot insist Meher, if she is quite ill, maybe suffering from severe exhaustion, be back within 30 days or whatever. The doctors may have prescribed a longer break. It may be that the makers have already decided that they cannot insist on a time limit for Meher to return (according to the producers interview, they are contacting her family on a weekly basis, not every single day) and made their minds up, hence the funeral. Funeral’s, even in drama’s, are not done light heartedly.

When Meher comes back, this is the last time Param have had listen to Harleen what’s ever she may say. It is not her place to tell the kids about their mother specially after sarab refused that to tell them. Instead she go ahead and tells them. She should really starts to respect one’s wish. Yes she was really consurned about all kids. Even karan felt that Change and started to call her Bua. 💔💔💔 saddened sarab and how he is feeling his Meherji around him not crying and having faith that she will come backto them is really touching🍀. But one thing is always clear that Harleen isn’t able to look after kids, including Param, she tells them a huge thing and did not keep an eye on them.

Harleens character possesses the unique quality of irritating the viewers even when she is a positive character!!!! Cant she understand that if she is breaking the news of death of their mother she should get their fathers concent!! Or atleast do it in his presence!!! Sarab is not even aware that they broke the news to the kids!!! And who talks in such a cryptic way to the kids about death!! Babaji ke paas chali gayi would suffice!! Poor karan and sehar are running around looking for their mother!!!
And seriously sarab has so many guards at his house and what are they doing??? Like seriously!!! Anytime anyone enters the house like sandhya… or anytime kids leave the house and they dont notice..even param once ran away to meet karan… they only stand with the guns probably to just pose!!!
@Radhika 🤣😂 the guards at that house are useless! Kulwant just walks in after 5 years and meets Sandhya, Param sneaked out of the house to go with Mehrab to Serbia, Patak sent all these criminals bomb the place…the list goes on and on!
For all the reasons you and @Ayni mentioned, Harleen continues to exemplify just how bad she is with kids 🙄 she’s not much better with adults either 😂 we just have to tolerate her bipolar nature. She continues to cross boundaries even in this ‘positive’ phase. She had no right to tell the kids about Meher. And now because of her, Sarab will have to find his Seher (again!) and Karan, unless Sandhya can get to the first tomorrow and bring them back without anyone knowing of their absence.
Radhika: The ‘cremation’ was elaborate enough, though not necessarily the full drawn out affair, especially as it was organised in a very short time. Regarding earlier occasion’s like Serbia and after Jagga’s funeral etc, there was no evidence that Meher had died and anyway, there were people who knew she was alive. The only genuine criticism of this funeral was that not a single family member, for some reason, actually lifted the cloth on top of the dead woman to positively identify Meher – had they done so, that would have been conclusive. The makers have therefore left that particular door wide open. Still, if Meher unexpected turns up, most of the family members will feel they have been fooled.
Whenever Meher does return, it will unexpected for the family. I highly doubt they will feel ‘fooled.’ I would imagine that they would feel shocked, relieved, grateful and ultimately happy to have her back!
MD: Maybe. But when was the last time you attended a funeral and later on found that the ‘deceased’ never died in the first place? Drama’s should not make mockery of some things. Basically, the writers have left open the possibility that Meher may or may not return, depending on how things go.
@AJ.. then tell me when was anytime any dead body of a lady cremated when the husband is telling that it isnt his wife!!! And how exactly is it mocking??? Sarab clearly said that its not mehar after the face was shown to him!!!

Even here I think Harleen violated a vulnerable man saying clearly this woman isn’t his wife, no one bothered to ask the authorities to make an autopsy. Whenever she comes back to them they will be delighted, overjoyed and they will definitely celebrate her life.
I rewind to episode 438 it show how sarabji reaction towards the love of meher although she veil her face ..thats the sensible.thats call intergrated transport system ….so he deny that body is not mehars
@AJ the politics around the funeral aside, I don’t think it’s a question of whether Meher will return or not. It’s how long the makers will need to wait until her return and what other ideas and plot twists they will need to introduce for this current track to keep going as an interim solution.
There is an intense scene coming up that Avinesh posted on his insta stories! I’m sure he’s angry at the situation, but a part of me really hopes that he is reacting angrily at Harleen!

Exactly @MD… and i am sure we will love it too!!! After all its needed.. people take advantage of his softer attitude way too much.. because had he been this angry on sandhya that night when her mom called probably she would be forced to speak up… but instead he was polite and gave her time!!! And what did she do?? Took advantage of his politeness!!!
You know what’s so sad?! There are still no photos taken yet of the entire family! I want to see a family photo of Mehrab and all of their children!
They have actually.. the ones that were taken during the ambulance inauguration.. but i dont know why they arent showing them🤔🤔🤔 probably they want to show old memories 🤔🤔
That’s right! I would love to see family photos in the Gill mansion though. And there are still no photos of Meher on the bedrooms walls like before! I was hoping to see that one small change after the reunion…
