Scene 1
Meher comes to her room in the orphanage. Meher recalls her moments with Param. She sits down in tears. The song tujhse naraz nahi zinagi plays. Param is sleeping with Sarab. He dreams of Meher. Param wakes up and says Meher mama.. Meher wakes up too. Sarab says what happened? Param says mama, Sarab says it was a bad dream. Sleep.

Param meets the management of the orphanage. They thank him for donating the money and laptop. They invite Param and Sarab to come and distribute the laptops.

Meher gets a call. She says why this late? If I have paid you already why are you delaying? Okay, I will come there. Sarab overhears. He picks Param and leaves. The guy is keeping an eye on Meher. Bitu calls Meher.
Meher comes to a store. The guy keeps following her. Meher sees him in a mirror. Meher hides. He tries to find Meher. Meher sneaks away.
Meher comes to the hospital. Sarab is there. Meher says what do you think of yourself? First, you accused me and then you have sent that spy on me? And now you’re spying on me? He says you knew I would come there to distribute laptops. Meher says I don’t ever want to talk to you.
Precap-Amrita tells Kulwant that Dolly said Meher stole 25 crores. Kulwant comes to Sarab and says Meher can never do that. He says please leave.
