Scene 1
Param says Meher mama, papa is decorating the swing for you. Amrita says this is the ritual. Your brother did the same. Why aren’t you ready? Come let me get you ready. Meher texts Sarab you better not nib the pin your fingers. He says you better prepare your luggage to go to your mother’s place. Meher texts you asked would I miss you? Sarab says what’s the answer. Amrita says get ready first. She takes her phone and gives it to Param. Sarab says she isn’t even replying. I don’t care either. Sarab plays with flowers.

I know you would miss them. I won’t let you feel lonely there. We will take care of you and your child. Meher hugs her and says thank you. Amrita says let’s go.

Sarab says she didn’t even reply. Dolly says Sarab why are you upset? Harleen says in heart I think Meher told Sarab. Harleen says are you okay? He says yes. Kumar comes there and says no one invited me but I had to come to congratulate you. Sarab says you’re welcome. Harleen says I thought you’re upset because you didn’t get the ticket so I didn’t invite you. Kulwant says I didn’t get the ticket as well. But see I am here celebrate. He says we can aim for 2025. Kulwant says no I have to focus on Jagga’s elections.

Meher and Sarab look at each other.
