Chhavi Mittal talks about her decision not to return to the small screen
Chhavi Mittal, a well-known actress who was diagnosed with br*ast cancer in April last year and underwent surgery, is slowly returning to her regular routine. Despite the challenges she faced, Chhavi has made a remarkable recovery. She has been devoted to fitness for the past decade, but now approaches it with even greater intensity. Balancing her work and other commitments around her workouts, she has found a way to manage her life effectively.
Having appeared in popular TV shows such as Tumhari Disha, Naaginn, and Teen Bahuraaniya, Chhavi’s last television stint was in Krishnadasi in 2016. Currently, she has transitioned into being a producer and content creator in the online space. When asked about her plans to return to TV, Chhavi firmly states that she left television eight years ago and has no intentions of going back as an actor. Her decision to leave the medium was a conscious step towards moving forward in her life. While she may consider returning to TV as a producer, her focus now extends beyond acting.
Embracing her new role as a producer, Chhavi relishes the autonomy she has in making decisions. She enjoys the freedom to choose when and what projects to pursue. Due to the demanding schedules of television, she has no desire to resume acting on TV. However, in the digital realm, Chhavi still takes up acting opportunities when they align with her interests. If she comes across a compelling role in an OTT project, she would gladly embrace it.
