Actress Chhavi Mittal recently revealed that she is fighting br*ast cancer. Since then the digital creator has been sharing her journey on the way to recovery with her fans also inspiring other cancer fighters.
Chhavi recently shared a video on her social media account where she revealed how an injury during her workout led her to visit the doctor and find out that she has cancer.
She captioned the post as, “I did this exercise today because this is the exercise that saved my life. I had a chest injury while doing this and cursed myself for doing this on leg day without a warm up. Only to thank myself later. I went to get this checked and found the lump, which was diagnosed to be cancerous after further investigation with an MRI < ultrasound < biopsy.”

She further added, “But since we can’t leave everything to luck, it’s imperative for women to get themselves tested every 6 months if above 40 and yearly if not. Self examination and knowing how your normal br*asts feel is also totally underestimated.”
In another social media post, Chhavi wrote about prepping up for the surgery. “Can you notice the small beige/pink tape peeping out from my shirt? That’s the tape post the biopsy. This is when it all started. I did the biopsy and then went for a meeting to Taj. Mixed emotions, crazy volatile state of mind, and trying hard to take my mind off it. #myfightwithbteastcancer.”
