Actress Arti Singh, who was last seen in Bigg Boss recently shared a glimpse into her smashing weight loss in just 18 days. The actress lost 5 kgs in just 18 days with the help of her trainer.
In 18 days, Arti dropped from 71.21 to 66.84 kgs. She shared the inspirational video on her social media account and wrote, “Not giving up.”

The actress not only flaunted her accomplishments but also revealed the part where she fall short.
She wrote, “Why post only when u accomplish a goal . Why not when sometimes u fail . I took this weight on 2nd Aug and thought wil go atleast 3 kg down but today I m 2 kg more . When I took the photo (swipe) I thought I wil post this and my other photo when I wil b in good shape)”
She also wrote, “I was tired of getting up and going to gym like a ritual which is not bad .But for sometime I just wanted to bbbbbb .. I wanted to do nothing. Not think before eating are weight badh jayega and workout twice next day in guilt.”
Arti was last in Bigg Boss 14 and since then she has been missing from the screen. The actress is also known for her role in shows like Udaan, Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gatha, and Waaris among others.
