The Episode starts with Bhagat saying we are brought to jail, so this will happen. Batukeshwar holds her. Bhagat tells Genda that their state will get better, this won’t go on. Genda says we don’t have a mirror to show your face, lets see you change this jail or we change you. Chandra gets angry and says we have to think of something. Durga says Bhagat has gone to jail with an agenda, let his court hearing date come. Chandra asks when is the date, we shall go to Lahora, Malka stay here and be alert, find the traitor, try to get new men in HSRA, I have sent Jai to find out where is Rajguru. Tikaram throws water on Rajguru’s face. Rajguru wakes up. He tries to open the ropes. He says I m not scared of death, do anything. Tikaram and Tasduk torture him. Tikaram says we shall leave him, he won’t know about Azad. Rajguru says I m special man of Azad, I can’t tell anything about him, I won’t cheat him. He sings Sarforoshi ki tamanna and bears tortures.
The prisoners tell the reporters that they are not tortured in jail, but they want some basic means. Bhagat and Batukeshwar see the prisoners giving statement in jailer’s favor. Bhagat looks on as the interview goes on. Batukeshwar says we are kept in other cells and we are hardly talking. Bhagat says media will come in hearing, I m waiting for it, Chandra will also come, I know him, I feel our entire team will come. Jailer’s aide hears him.
Bhagat’s family comes for the hearing. Chandra and Malka are in disguise of Sardars. They come in the court. Genda says its good we got to know Bhagat’s plan, now media won’t come, there won’t be any news printed. Bhagat’s family waits for him. Bhagat comes there chanting for freedom. Rang de…..plays…. Bhagat sees his family and gets sad. His mum cries. Judge asks everyone to be quiet. Lawyer says Bhagat has thrown a bomb to harm people in the assembly. Bhagat says I will be defending my own case, I didn’t do anything wrong, we have thrown the bomb, but we didn’t intend to take anyone’s life. Everyone claps. Chandra says great, Bhagat is keeping his view in front of everyone, I wish media reporters were here. Bhagat says we didn’t wish to run, we surrendered to police. Judge tells about the murder charges on him. He gives the next date and goes. Bhagat says jailer didn’t let the press get in. Chandra says we have to try to talk to Bhagat, else we will lose. Bhagat asks his mum not to cry, her tears make his determination weak, he can’t lose courage. She says I didn’t ask you to stop, I can’t stop my tears, think that these tears are my ornaments, you know your elders gave life for the country.
Bhagat’s dad says this case is not a big one, Bhagat will get free in next hearing, save your ornaments, why do you waste it. He asks Bhagat why did he cut his hair. Bhagat says to hide my identity, don’t worry, my hair will grow in some time. He sees his prospective fiancee and asks did you get married. She says I don’t know what’s in fate, maybe I get married to you after your motive get fulfilled. She smiles. He asks his dad to help, he has to talk to press, he wants them to come inside the courtroom, he has to go to Ganesh shankar, just Ganesh can help. His dad says don’t worry, I will meet him today. Bhagat goes. Chandra thinks of Bhagat and gets angry. Bhagwati asks what can we do, they went to jail by their wish. Chandra says there was no reporter in court, britishers ruined our plan, I have an idea, the problem is we have to send reporter inside the court, Ganesh will do this work. Bhagwati says we have to make a plan well. Chandra says I have to go inside the jail to know my team mates’ state. Bhagwati says I won’t let you take this risk. Chandra says we have to meet Ganesh, else it will be too late.
