The Episode starts with Chandra getting disturbed seeing the encounter of the freedom fighters. Diwakar comes to Shastri ji and tells him about the encounter. Chandra is on the way and walks lost thinking about the death of his loved ones. He comes back to ashram. Shastri ji asks him if he is fine. Chandra says yes, I m fine, but milk has fallen down. Shastri says don’t worry for milk, go and rest. The men talk about the foreigners killing the freedom fighters. They tell about a new officer John coming to join, who is very sharp. John arrives there. He introduces himself. Tikaram says I m sure of the law, all freedom fighters will be caught, it will be all peace here. John says I m here to see anti british activities, prince will be visiting, I want his visit to be peaceful.
Chandra sits worried. Diwakar asks him to have food. Chandra gets sad and says the freedom fighters have no fear of death. The man asks him to stay away from krantikaari. Chandra stays disturbed. The man feeds him food. Chandra asks whose are these Krantikari people. The man says they are mad, you have seen what happens with them, they shot the judge in court.
The officer says Prince is going to come soon, there should be no riots, everything should go on well, have spies and informers to good use. A boy gets Gandhi’s protest papers and tells them that they have to ban britishers’ goods. Chandra asks who is Gandhi ji. The boy says don’t you know him, he will get freedom for us. The boys act to sleep when warden comes. Chandra thinks about Gandhi ji.
Inspector says don’t know how freedom fighters come here so often. The officers dine. Tikaram says Gandhi ji is behind the freedom fighters, he shouts for non violence, but he is behind this. Chandra comes to Shastri ji. He asks about Gandhi ji’s thinking. Shastri ji says truth, non violence and protest, Britishers have to leave India, we will win, non violence has the power of tolerance, you are youth, you understand Gandhi ji’s thinking, its in our Dharm too, go down and have food. Sitaram comes home and asks Jagrani why isn’t she ready, she has to go Banaras right. She says yes, really. He says I arranged money, don’t taunt me that I didn’t try to find your son. She gets glad. Chandra sees the protest going on. His friend asks him where is he lost, what happened. Chandra shows the blood marks and says I was here when police encountered the guys, the guy wasn’t scared, he was asking the inspector to shoot him, I can’t forget it, I m not afraid, I m thinking how can anyone be so fearless. Manmath looks on and signs. The man says you can help us, I will be back from Rampur and then talk to you.
