Mahamartya looking at Chandragupta tells Dhanananand that according to him thief is… Chandragupta says Chanakya. His friends are shocked hearing that. Mahamartya says there is no room for doubt here. Chandragupta says doubt can be reality and says he heard Chanakya challenged to destroy king Dhananand and king had given Mahamartya a task to catch Chanakya, but Chanakya easily escaped from Mahamartya’s grip like water from palm. Mahamartya fumes in anger. Dhananand orders to catch Chanakya. Mahamartya says okay. Dhananand says only a brave and intelligent person like Chanakya can catch Chanakya, so his cockroach Chandragupta will catch Chanakya. Chandragupta stands tensed. Dhananand says within 1 day. Mahamartya challenges if Chandragupta catches Chanakya within 1 day, he
Chandragupta’s friends tell him that he did wrong by accepting challenge to catch their mentor. Chandragupta says Chanakya himself asked to do this and goes into flashback where Chanakya tells Chandragupta that anyone can identify looking at his hands that he was in water, already he has lost king’s trust, so he has to do something which will regain king’s trust. Chandragupta asks what he can do. Chanakaya suggests to blame him for all the mishaps happening to divert king’s attention from him.
Durdhara angrily tells Shipra that she will not let Chandragupta catch Chanakya and garner king’s praises, so she will make him work for her whole day today. Shipra says she has fallen in Chandragupta’s love. Durdhara says she is not. Shipra taunts. Durdhara walks to Chandragupta limping and says she wants to drink nearby lake cold water, but her leg is sprained and cannot go there. Chandragupta says king has given him task to catch chanakya. Durdhara says he is her bodyguard first and asks to lift and take her to lake. He lifts her and walks angrily murmuring he cannot finish his task at all because of her. She asks if he said anything. He says he did not open his mouth at all, notices her wiggling her toes and realizes she is acting, so he shouts snake. Durdhara pancis and runs. He laughs and says he caught her lies, she is alright and is acting, so she herself can go and drink water from lake. Durdhara stands fuming while Chandragupta walks away laughing.
Chandragupta walks to Chanakya and asks why he wants to suicide by going in front of king, he will be easily killed by king’s soldiers, he is scholar and knows only to pray and write but not use weapons. Chanakya says whatever it is, he should get him caught by soldiers and will not react at all even if soldiers kill him and gives Mura’s promise.
Chanakya Niti: Every person get a situation in his life where problems barge on them at once, in that situation, they should run away or fight with situation; first they accept defeat or fight against situation; it is up to them what want to.
