Sthool and Chandragupta have an emotional reunion. Chandragupta says you are just the same even after all these years. You haven’t changed at all, fattie! Sthool says even you haven’t changed. You still don’t let me eat extra chapatti’s.
Moora is upset with herself. Why did my hands stop? Arya has become a problem for us! He has become a problem for us yet I couldn’t attack him today! Why? Some kids ask her to share the story she tells about Peeplivan. She happily sits down to tell them Chandragupta’s story.
Amatya is outside the Ashram with his small army. They lock the doors from outside.
Moora continues narrating the story inside.
The soldiers bring oil. Amatya says you and your motive of attacking Samrat will end today with this Ashram!
The kids
Chandragupta realises something and looks at Sthool. It means it was Ma who attacked Dhananand? Sthool nods. Chandragupta and Acharya smile. Chandragupta says Sthool was trying to protect her. Sthool nods. How could I leave her alone? They recall the promise Sthool had made to Chandragupta before they were separated. Chandragupta asks him what Durdhara was doing in the Ashram. Acharya gets alert. Were Durdhara and Moora are in the same Ashram? Sthool nods. There is nothing to worry. Acharya is sure Dhananand will send his soldiers after Durdhara. Chandragupta says it means Mayi is in problem.
Moora wakes the kids. She asks them to do as she will say. They nod.
Amatya sets the Ashram on fire. Our work here is done! He leaves with his soldiers.
Moora and the kids escape from that room. She thinks to find a way to protect the kids. They jump out of the window upon her askance. She asks them not to look back till the time they reach a safe place. She gets stuck in the fire by the time her chance comes. She gets stuck.
Chandragupta notices the fire from far.
Durdhara decides to find out the truth from Ambikumar asap. Ambikumar asks her what she is thinking. She replies that she was thinking about her Bhai. I am glad that he agreed for this alliance and treaty. You are lucky. No enemy can stand in front of him. Take Chandragupta for example. My Bhai did not spare him and burnt down the entire palace just to kill him! Ambikumar smiles. She asks him if he wants to tell her anything. He asks for a promise that she wont tell anyone. It’s a secret. It was my father who killed Chandragupta! She is taken aback. He nods it is true. Chandragupta escaped from the fire of Hawa Mahal. He came here to seek help from Seleucus but when my father uncovered his lies, Seleucus got angry and beat them to death! Chandragupta and Acharya were thrown in a dungeon then. It is like hell there. No one has ever returned from there! Durdhara gets teary eyed. I will find you at any cost Chandragupta!
Chandragupta reaches Ashram. Your son has returned to fulfil his promise, Ma! Moora is coughing inside due to heavy smoke. Chandragupta pushes open the door and says Ma. Their vision is blocked by a burning log. She says Chandra. Chandragupta jumps over the log and looks at his mother. He recalls how they were separated for the first time. He calls her Ma. Her eyes well up as well. They look at each other for a long time and finally hug. I lost you many times Ma. I cannot lose you again! Your Chandra is back! They look at the fire around them. Chandragupta points at the exit. They hold a pillar as it was about to fall on them. He points at the wall in front of them. That’s our only way out of here! They jump down the wall holding hands. Acharya and Sthool come there as well. Moora and Chandragupta land safely on some sacks.
Chandragupta looks at his mother emotionally. Moora slaps Chandragupta repeatedly. He only smiles in return. Sthool tells her it isn’t who she thinks it is (Arya). Chandragupta tells him not to stop her. She knows who I am. She is slapping me because I stayed away from her for 5 years! I have to let her beat me as I made a mistake. I have yearned for this since years! Moora is crying by now. He asks her to slap him more. Your every slap will diminish all the pains that we have borne in the past 5 years by staying away from each other. This seems like an ointment. They hug again.

It would be wrong if I pluck an unripe mango and keep it in an unnatural environment and expect it to grow! I must not do it so it grows naturally. Similarly, when you have a good plan but not a good time to act upon it or the right environment, it wont yield fruits. Right planning, atmosphere and timing are important to achieve anything!
Precap: Dhananand tells Durdhara he wont ask her who she is hiding from him. She replies that she does not wish to hide anything from him. I in fact want to tell you who it is. He asks her. She says it is Chandragupta Maurya!
