Dhananand orders Amartya to call his brothers to solve lion puzzle and he is sure they cannot solve it and only he can, his popularity will increase after he solves puzzle. Amartya says as he orders. Chandragupta follows Dashasiddika and his soldiers making cross marks on the walls on the way for easy identification of path. They reach jail where 13 janpad princes are kept. Guard informs Dashasiddika that king called him. Dashasiddika leaves. Chandragupta removes his mask and kills guards. He searches key, but does not find it and realizes Dashasiddika kept key with him. Kids say jail is made of sold metal and if he tries to break it, guards will get alert. Chandragupta asks them to try to come out via window. Bell rings and next batch of guards walk in. Chandragupta kills them all.
Dhananand orders his brothers to try to solve puzzle and get lion out. Pandu tries to break cage with hammer but fails. Chanakya taunts cage is made of very heavy metal and he should use more power. Pandu tries again but gives up. Dhananand laughs that Pandu failed and asks Kevyavrath to try. Kevyavrath tries to cut cage with saw, but fails and injures his hand. Dhananand taunts to go and nurse his wound and his soft body. He then asks Dashasiddika to try his luck, but Dasasiddika gives up without trying. Chanakya says now it is king’s turn. Dhananand walks towards cage when Durdhara gets up. He asks if she does not want to see her brother break cage and become super king. Durdhara says she is not interested in this drama and walks away hoping Chandragupta must have freed children.
Chandragupta gets children out of jail and taking them out tricks guard saying Chandragupta has infiltrated jail and is freeing children, he needs their help to stop him. Guards ask why didn’t he stop Chandragupta. Chandragupta says Chandragupta has power of 10 people, he cannot stop him along. Guards run towards jail. Children ask Chandragupta if he is so powerful, then why didn’t he break jail.. Chandragupta says he overpraised himself to divert attention and says his friend is waiting for them at northern part of palace.
Dhananand praises himself as intelligent and says if they pulll any object in opposite directions, it will weaken and break, only an intelligent person like him knows about it. He orders soldiers to pull cage. They tray and fall down. People laugh that even king could not solve this puzzle. Sthul enters with chariot. Guards stop him and asks where is he going. He says to enjoy fresh air. Guards catch him. He says princess Durdhara called him. Durdhara enters and orders guards to leave him, asks him if he brought what she ordered. He says yes and walks along her chatting with her. Chandragupta takes children to Northern balcony where Sthul is waiting with chariot and says this one jump will free them all, asking them to jump into chariot.
