Chanakya teaches archery to Chandragupta and Chandragupta fails repeatedly. Chanakya asks him to try repeatedly. Chandragupta says he cannot. Chanakya suggests him to imagine targets as termite Dhananand and his army who are eating our country slowly. On the the other side, Dhananand’s soldiers disguised as dacoits loot businessmen in market. Chankaya continues provoking Chandragupta to imagine target as termites. Chandragupta angrily breaks bow and says he cannot. Chanakya says his anger is overpowering him again and he should build his own bow now and practice till he hits target.
Businessmen complain Dhananand about dacoits looting their wealth. Dhananand acts as worried for businessman and says they are backbone of Magadh. He orders Mahamartya to keep army to guard
Chandragupta after many trial and errors makes bow and shows it to Chanakya. Chanakya says when he has made it, he should practice on a special target. He takes him to Mura. Chandragupta is shocked and asks shouts how can target his mother. Mura keeps apple on her head and says he should target this thinking it as their enemy. Chandragupta with great determination shoots arrow and it hits apple breaking it into many pieces. Mura praises him.
After sometime, Chandragupta walks to Durdhara who scolds that he is her bodyguard and should be around him always. Chandragupta says he is keeping an eye on her always and went to bring a special for her. He shows her flower and gives it to Shipra instead. Durdhara shows how dare he is to gift flower to servant instead of her. Chandragupta says an ordinary servant gifted an ordinary flower to another ordinary servant, so she should not be bothered. Durdhara fumes more in anger.
Dhananand plays flute in joy. Chandragupta walks towards sound. Bhadrasaal and Mahamartya catch dacoits and present them in front of Dhananand. Chandragupta watches hiding. Dhananand shows wealth looted by dacoits and reveals they are his soldiers who looted wealth on his order; he hit 3 targets with it, he got wealth, got his praja’s trust and can increase army power with similar attacks. He then orders to hide this wealth in his secret hideout. Chandragupta thinks he can find out secret hideout now.
Chanakya Niti: If they have to drink coconut’s sweet water, they have to hit it, but if they hit it hard on ground, it breaks into pieces and they cannot get water, so they have to target and hit at one place repeatedly to get sweet water; similarly in life to achieve success, they have to make one goal and continuously work on it to achieve it.
Precap: Chanakya suggests Chandragupta to destroy Dhananand’s wealth to weaken him. Chandragupta destroys Dhananand’s wealth hidden in river.
